I visited this restaurant on Saturday evening with my three cousins for what we hoped would be a relaxing girls’ night out. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.From the moment we arrived, the service felt inattentive and unorganized. After being seated, no one came by to check on us for quite some time. When we finally placed our orders, three of us ordered food while I ordered only drinks, expecting a fun and easy evening. However, the service remained slow and disconnected throughout our visit. We had to flag down our server multiple times just to get basic assistance, like refills or clarification on the bill. There was no sense of hospitality or attentiveness from the staff, which really affected the overall experience.The quality of the food and drinks was equally disappointing. My cousins all felt that their meals were average at best—nothing matched the high prices on the menu. As for my drinks, I ordered a Piña Colada that immediately tasted bitter and unpleasant. We politely asked for it to be remade, but even the second version tasted off and was nearly undrinkable. The drink selection overall was limited and unremarkable for the price point. Considering that our total bill exceeded $200, we expected far higher quality in both the food and beverage offerings.What made the experience worse was an issue that occurred afterward. A few hours after leaving the restaurant, I began feeling unwell and unfortunately developed severe stomach discomfort and diarrhea later that night. I can’t say with absolute certainty that it was caused by the drink, but given how it tasted and how quickly the symptoms followed, it seems very likely.To end the night, there was also a billing issue that created unnecessary confusion. When we were ready to pay, the staff attempted to add additional charges, claiming certain items were “missed” from the original bill. It came across as disorganized and unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression.Overall, this establishment lacks the level of quality and customer care that one would expect, especially for the prices they charge. The food was bland, the drinks were poorly made, the service was inattentive, and the billing situation felt questionable. I left not only disappointed but also physically unwell, which makes me confident in saying that I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

We sat around for 15 minutes, we noticed other people get there after and they were served chips and salsa and drinks, finally we decided to leave and the servers there looked at us as if we were leaving without paying.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Juan, the owner, for providing us with an absolutely unforgettable experience! My friend recently celebrated her birthday, and after losing her home to the devastating Pasadena fires, we knew we needed to find a special place to lift her spirits. From the moment we arrived, Juan's warmth and hospitality wrapped around us like a comforting embrace, and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome.
As for the food—oh my goodness! It was nothing short of spectacular! Every bite was a heavenly explosion of flavors that left us in awe. I've been a devoted patron for many years, and I can confidently say that whenever you're craving Mariscos, this is the place to be!
Juan and his team put a radiant smile on my friend's face, and I will cherish this beautiful memory forever. Thank you so much to the entire team for being absolutely phenomenal and for serving food that is simply divine.

I had the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE SO UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️‼️over all EXPERIENCE !!! We went there I was given it a second chance since the last experience was two years ago an they got our food order confused an they brought me a different plate so I said I’m going to give it a try again an NOPE THEY GAVE ME A SUCH A DISAPPOINTED I went an they had me waiting for 10 to 15 min wait by there door when there was table an chairs empty they completely ignore me after waiting the 15 min I left unfortunately because they were still not waiting on use nor gave us a table IT WAS A SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT AN UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️
