Ya encontré mi lugar favorito para comer mariscos! Los camarones a la cucaracho estaban deliciosos y súper suaves. La Tostada Mayor fue fenomenal! Gracias a nuestra mesera Karina! Fue súper amable y muy atenta. Definitivamente regresamos!

The food is good. I just don't know if it's worth dealing with the horrible service. First, when we first walked in; no waiter seemed interested in seating us down (party of 4) Second, after being seated and waiting 25 mins to even get a menu, she didn't seem happy to take our drink order.. Nevertheless, after waiting 50 mins to get our food, not once did she come over to check on us to top off our drinks or ask if we needed anything else. I would have left a tip, I just didn't know who to leave it to. Give Ximene Sundays off because she clearly doesn't wanna be there.

Food was delicious but the service bad. Waited 25 mins for our drinks and another 20 for an appetizer which was just a plain guacamole. Tower was delicious would come back but will order to go. It's too bad because it looks like a cool placw w/ big screens TVs and cool bar.

Was excited to try the food here since I had been craving mariscos. At first, the waitress was quick at getting us our drinks, chips, and salsa but after we received our order, the service went downhill. I ordered camarones a la plancha and the waitress asked if I wanted corn, flour, or handmade tortillas. I opted for handmade tortillas which were pretty good. However, the waitress never mentioned nor did the menu say that handmade tortillas were an additional $2.50 for 3. My husband ordered a campechana aguachile and she asked if he wanted avocado. We expected avocado to be part of the campechana but again she didn't mention that avocado was $1.50 extra. My order came out first and first thing I noticed was the shrimp was somewhat butterflied but was not cleaned. They did not devein the shrimp which they could have done when they butterflied them. Wish I would have taken a picture of the shrimp but instead only took a picture of the napkin I was using to clean off the shrimp. The beans were good and the rice was ok but it was cold and so was the shrimp. My husband received his campechana almost 10 min later. His dish was good and it was a pretty good size. No complaints on the size and taste, just wish they would mention avocado is an additional charge or at the very least note it on the menu. Waitress never came to ask if I wanted a refill on my water but she did ask my husband if he wanted another beer. We waited a while for the waitress to come back and ask if we wanted anything else or to at least give us the check. She stopped after a while to pick up our plates and I asked her for the check. She left and never came back. We were tempted to just walk out without paying since our waitress was nowhere to be found but we aren't that type of customers. After almost 30 min of waiting for the check, I got up and gave the waitress behind the bar my card and asked her to please charge me because we were waiting for a long time and we were ready to leave. She turned to another waitress to ask if we were her table and I told her it was a different girl which at that time she finally appeared and charged us. She gave me the device used to charge and asked me to select the tip and then tap my card. Sorry, not sorry but I did not leave her a tip. I could tell she was not happy but i shouldn't have to get up to ask another waitress to charge me.

Terrible, we arrived to order a sautéed fish and it took more than an hour and the waitress was all angry.

Food is good but lately service hasn't been great, they offer happy hour and never have beer on tap. Asked for a water and they said the machine is broken (mind you I went about a month ago and they told me the same thing). So they charge you for a hot bottled water. Something is either always broken or they give some sort of excuse and it's getting old.
