How can you call it fast food when it takes 47mins to get the food? Everytime I order mobile order or drive thru it takes over 30 minutes to get my food; and today it took me 47 minutes (47min from time of order, 25mins from time of arrival). I use mobile order to get it fast, but every single time I need to wait for them to barely start making my order and people who came in to order the food while I'm there get it before me.

I rarely give high ratings on reviews. I usually leave one star rating and talk about the truth. However, this McDonald's might be one of the best I've ever been to. I usually order my food on the app and wait at the pick up spot. They are always prompt. Today, I saw a long line at the drive thru and a lot of people parked at the pick up spots even though they just went in to get food(maybe they can't read the signs? Or just being selfish because there were plenty of other parking spaces) anyways, I ended up putting my pick up parking spot no. 5(only 4 spots all packed with selfish beings) and the spot Im at has no pick up sign. They came out after 10 mins(which I didnt expected because many people were there today) . And the staff gave me my food he said he knew what i meant by putting spot 5. The food was also fresh. When I have app issue, the staff helped me with my food at the counter very promptly as well, they were not impatient and mean like the McDonald's at Rosemead/duarte.

Stay away from this location. I got cheated out of my Monopoly pieces by the staff. Also, they wasted my time lying on the phone about a special they said they had but ended up not having when I arrived. I called my phone at 7:00 a.m. on the way to work to ask if they still had the $6 value meal. It would be obvious that no one will be calling that early about lunch, or at least ask the obvious clarifying question if I was inquiring about breakfast or lunch. But she just said yes, so I came and asked for the $6 breakfast meal and they said that deal expired already. So I ordered the regular egg McMuffin combo, paid and drove off I reached in my bag for the Monopoly pieces and they weren't there. I had to bust a u-turn and walk inside this time and wait to ask this time about my incomplete order. They pointed at a sign on the wall that said limited supplies on the Monopoly pieces and then told me that they were only giving them for the large coffees and not the McMuffin or the hash browns. Well the sign on the wall doesn't stipulate what items they are specifically choosing to give out the pieces for. So I have to guess which items I have to pay full price for to get my rightful Monopoly pieces?? Stay away from this location.
Seriously not worth drive thru. Literally taking 30 or so to even get to order. Need more workers. I'm writing this while I'm waiting!

I got an unusual craving for McDonald's while on the road and decided to stop. I ordered my old norm the Double Quarter Pounder and I was surprised that it was much better than my last few experiences at other McDonald's in recent years - - juicy and hot. Without human service, though, it's kind of cold and uninviting.

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up with my child. I rang the bell many times and waited, but no one came to help us. We were ignored for over 30 minutes. No staff gave us an update or acknowledged us until a young man finally noticed and helped us. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially with a child waiting. Very disappointed.
