Nake Fame

I got an unusual craving for McDonald's while on the road and decided to stop. I ordered my old norm the Double Quarter Pounder and I was surprised that it was much better than my last few experiences at other McDonald's in recent years - - juicy and hot. Without human service, though, it's kind of cold and uninviting.

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up with my child. I rang the bell many times and waited, but no one came to help us. We were ignored for over 30 minutes. No staff gave us an update or acknowledged us until a young man finally noticed and helped us. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially with a child waiting. Very disappointed.

I went inside ordered a $5 meal. The cashier doesn't know how to ring it up. So she had to ask the manager to ring it up. The cashier tried to size up my soda and charge me 50¢ more. I said I don't want a medium soda. Then she had to call the manager again to fix it. Then when I go to the soda machine there was no soda. I have to ask the manager to turn on the soda machine. And the ice machine doesn't have ice. Don't like this McDonald's

This McDonald’s has everything you need for a pleasant visit — a convenient Drive-Thru that’s quick and efficient, and a large playroom where kids can have a great time. The coffee is always delicious — rich, aromatic, and energizing. I especially love stopping by in the morning: grabbing a cappuccino and feeling the day kick off. The atmosphere is cozy, staff are friendly, and everything is clean and well-organized, even when it’s busy. It’s a perfect spot for a family breakfast or a quick stop during a road trip.
