To Whom Is In Charge,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the meal I received during my recent visit. I ordered a McChicken combo (including a drink, sandwich, and fries), but what I got was far from acceptable.

To start, my McChicken sandwich was missing the lettuce, mayonnaise, and tomato that should have been included. That was disappointing enough, but the real issue was that the chicken was undercookedcompletely unacceptable for any fast food item, let alone one as basic as a McChicken.

Additionally, despite ordering a combo, I had to ask repeatedly for ketchup, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. When I called to speak with a manager about my experience, her response seemed dismissive, as if I were bothering her. She even suggested that my concerns were because I ordered the 5 version, but I paid closer to 12 for my meal, which I dont believe should impact the quality or service.

I am shocked that my order was packed without proper attention to detail. Its clear that no one checked the items before they were bagged. This kind of oversight is not what I expect when paying for a meal, and frankly, it has left me questioning whether Ill return to this location.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve both the quality of the food and the level of customer service at this restaurant.

Update to the review: No one from this franchise ever responded back to this post nor to my email. McDonald’s headquarters basically said that they were going to speak the location.

Drive thru window girl and manager are very rude and annoying. Instead of apologizing because they didn't get my order right isn't my problem. You guys get paid 20 dollars and hour and still miserable instead of just correcting the problem which they did but rudely. Don't know how many times you have to repeatedly ask for ketchup or ranch because they never put it in your bag. They don't double check they give it to you so you have to check yourself

McDbl Hamburger NO CHEESE, my burger had Cheese on it, I knw there's a button for a McDbl hamburger, Just push it. Fries were hot the BEST part of the meal! A manager fix'd the error❗️

I even don’t want to put any stars to this location because the service employees are rude. A manager of this location her name is Liz as she said really rude and cannot make nice and kind communication. I really disappointed to be in this location. All service employees in this location are lying looking at you. And even laughing at you. I fell my self disappointed and discriminated in this location.

Food was cold. Does not accept EBT. It's run by kids who don't know how to talk to people. Never again will they get my business. I've given them too many chances to get it right. All they do is have new people every time.

I placed a mobile order with counter pickup .When I arrived ,A yellow vest lady told me they don’t have my order , and I waited for another 5 mins and ask her“ Do I get my order in this case?” “NO”.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior from the Store Manager

I had an awful experience at this McDonald’s location as a delivery driver. As part of my job with Uber Eats/DoorDash/Grubhub, I pick up food from restaurants to deliver to customers. Like all drivers, I have to confirm the order on the app before I can proceed with the delivery. However, the store manager at this location was incredibly rude and treated me like a thief for simply doing my job.

Instead of politely asking me to confirm the order, she grabbed my phone and checked the confirmed it herself without my permission. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We, as delivery drivers, are here to make a living, not to steal food. Every second counts for us—we aim to deliver quickly to keep customers happy, earn tips, and move on to the next trip. Be respect each other who is also working hard for the living.

Treating delivery drivers like criminals is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on the management of this location. If this is how they treat hardworking people, I can’t imagine how they treat their own staff or customers. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone until they address their management issues and start showing basic respect to those who help their business thrive. I wish the store owner will see the post. I know the store might have several shift managers so I want to say she is working at Thursday 10:30am

The managers talk about rude things inside, they are very bad, the orders are given poorly, it takes them a while to give them and they are having a mess in the kitchen and when you ask to talk to them they say that they are not busy, don't buy at this restaurant

The guy he said he is manager , he told me his name is Richard or Richer …. This guy can not be manager because uneducated, very impolite and no respect customers at all . It seem like he look down on Asian peoples. Discrimination …. He hot mad to customer with no reason, so bad attitude and character.
Why keep this guy there to be more worse business, and more trouble?
He does not care this job .
