Worst McDonald's I've ever had. Never knew McDonald's could be bad. Fries were stale and dry. Burger was mediocre. They didnt have sweet tea. Service was awful. Avoid this location like the plague.

The food was all tossed around. Neither happy meal had a toy in it and the kids were disappointed. When I called and spoke to the supposed manager he said “I don’t want to call you a liar but I’m the one who made your order and the toys were there” So he basically called me a liar and didn’t offer anything to make it right. I don’t expect anything for free just make it right. I will never be giving them my business again for what it’s worth.

Very long wait time at this location when you place a mobile order at lunch. The staff here need to be retrained and are not considerate of your time. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

The service was horrible. Fries were stale and cold. The worker got my order wrong and charged me 6 dollars more for something I didn’t even order. When I tried to explain to them the order was wrong, they rushed me off to the next window. Wish I could give 0 stars.
They need to fix the touch screen thing is not working and it’s so annoying like they need to get it fixed UGH!

An employee at this McDonald's location has robbed my 90 year old grandmother for about $1,000 dollars because she purchased her great grandson a happy meal out the kindness of her heart.
That's how McDonald's rewarded her. So far no one has contacted us back with any concern. I'm not a man who likes handouts and bs lawsuits, but I won't stop taking action until McDonald's makes it right. How evil can people be.

To Whom Is In Charge,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the meal I received during my recent visit. I ordered a McChicken combo (including a drink, sandwich, and fries), but what I got was far from acceptable.
To start, my McChicken sandwich was missing the lettuce, mayonnaise, and tomato that should have been included. That was disappointing enough, but the real issue was that the chicken was undercookedcompletely unacceptable for any fast food item, let alone one as basic as a McChicken.
Additionally, despite ordering a combo, I had to ask repeatedly for ketchup, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. When I called to speak with a manager about my experience, her response seemed dismissive, as if I were bothering her. She even suggested that my concerns were because I ordered the 5 version, but I paid closer to 12 for my meal, which I dont believe should impact the quality or service.
I am shocked that my order was packed without proper attention to detail. Its clear that no one checked the items before they were bagged. This kind of oversight is not what I expect when paying for a meal, and frankly, it has left me questioning whether Ill return to this location.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve both the quality of the food and the level of customer service at this restaurant.
Update to the review: No one from this franchise ever responded back to this post nor to my email. McDonald’s headquarters basically said that they were going to speak the location.
Drive thru window girl and manager are very rude and annoying. Instead of apologizing because they didn't get my order right isn't my problem. You guys get paid 20 dollars and hour and still miserable instead of just correcting the problem which they did but rudely. Don't know how many times you have to repeatedly ask for ketchup or ranch because they never put it in your bag. They don't double check they give it to you so you have to check yourself
