Really good custumer service

Came here with my wife and got yogurt. Tart was not working so the girl kindly got it working for me. I left a $2 tip. The owner comes in at the end of her shift, takes the money from the can . I may have mistaken, but that was dirty imop. Give the tips to the workers..
Edit.. My apologies. Hopefully they have a special blend of yogurt for those so inclined to steal tips from workers. ?

I love this location!!! Always clean and not to packed. Also on Mondays happy hour the cashier spins the wheel for awesome discounts!!!!

I'm the chef in the night at flame broiler elmonte I'm usually working with my partner Ethan one night the munchies owner came in and invited me to his spot for free yogurt and then my partner is was excellent this man always working hard with his crew of beautiful women elmonte if you like sweets that make u happy then it's menchies put me in a great happy mood well I was eating it thank you for your kindness this place is a must try your children will love it and parents you too will love it 5stars all around thank God in Jesus name for this place

This is the best froyo in el monte and los angeles. My favorite is oreo cookie mixed with chocolate with a brownie. Menchies have a lot of toppings to choose from like, monchie, cookie dough, all kinds of candy, fruits, and hot syrups like chocolate and carmel. Everytime I'm in town I run to Menchies and brake my diet. I highly recommend it.

We've been coming here alot recently and have noticed the workers don't greet you. They stare at you while you decide what you want. The owner comes out and won't speak or greet his customers. I'm not going back to this site. The energy is super low. I saw the owner put a topping back when it spilled out on the counter not put in trash? I it were my store my employees would greet customers smile and interact. Just saying. It's a suggestion for improvement! Lost my business

Poor costumer service , was like 12:15 pm and they had closed yet , and I back to check 3 times and nothing , poor place to visit it

This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. everytime I I need a good lunchon, this restaurant comes first to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and many types of food and a rich menu.professional crew, and nice spirit. And very important, the charge is honest. I recommend this restaurant with no doubt.

Yogurtland is better with their service. Here at Menchies You can’t choose how much you want of a certain flavor and everything is rationed out. Small cup is seriously small. Cashier was not helpful and didn’t give me points although I asked for it. I haven’t been to Menchies in a while to see all these changes. I will def stick to Yogurtland.
