This is a newer NORMS. They did a great job at maintaining the googie style.
Unfortunately my food was not good. My chicken tenders took do long to come out (they comp'd me 2 extra) and were fried in fish oil which is a big No-No. Please retrain your cooks to never fry other items and fish oil as someone can have a fish allergy, making it extremely dangerous and creates a liability for your organization. I had to send my chicken to his back and Sean the store manager was great.
Sean the manager apologized, spoke to the cooks immediately, and, asked me if I wanted anything else which I declined. I eas just over it, but Sean dod everything he could to improve my experience.
Also, I can tell my server was new. We had no silverware, he barely checked back in, our drinks remained unfilled, and he necer asked if we were ok. I informed Sean of this as well and he spoke to.the server immediately private. Despite this experience, I was delighted to learn that Sean will be transferring to my local norms in Torrance.
I've been going to NORMS since I was like 8 years old. These things just didn't happen before the ownership change. NORMS food was apways on point 🔥 🔥 🔥. Servers were always polite, timely, and went above & beyond no matter who was sitting at the table. 🎯
Please be more diligent to make sure that NORMS maintains the affordability, traditional classic food items, quality, and great service. This is why WE LOVE NORMS✅💯 I understand growth, and new food items. But, what is the point if you can't keep the exceptional quality and service that NORMS is known for ‼️
Loyal long-time customer since the age of eight so I'll still be back 👍🏽💞
P.S. repair your signage , many of the lights are out. This too would not have persisted so long with the old owners. You are erofing the NORMS brand & I don't like that.💯✌🏽

Place looks beautiful. They went back to decorating and it looks so happy and festive. Waiter was amazing his name was Miguel. He has the best customer service attitude. He checked on us frequently asking how we were doing, if we were missing anything, if we needed anything and refilled our drinks. All was good except our baked potato. Not the first time we are disappointed with this part of our dinner that is why I’m pointing it out this time. Food item was not fresh or recently cooked it was hrs old and not tasty or appetizing and definitely not appealing. All food should be approved to take out by management in my opinion. Also, I have a 5 year old who needed to use the restroom it was very uncomfortable taking her into a dirty restroom.
