Really a 3.5 star place. The rice roll came out room temp and was dry, which meant it wasn't fresh. Similar problem with another dumpling (can't recall). The chicken rice in lotus leaves was good. So was the chive dumpling. The staff was quick and the place was busy for being in the middle of day.

The red bean puff is so delicious. This is a really good dim sum place I’d highly recommend it. It is now one of my favorite places and I can’t wait to go back. The prices are also very reasonable. Best custard bun I’ve ever had. I did miss choosing the dim sum from the carts though.

We went for a Casual dinner. The restaurant seems quite authentic with plenty of customers. It was pretty crowded, but it was a Friday night on Chinese New Year. We arrived at around 7pm and wait time was 20 minutes. We tried the Seafood with Tofu Soup, the Braised Duck with Tofu, and the Baby Bok Choy with King Oyster Mushrooms. All the items had a distinguished taste. A big bonus is that you get a complimentary Tea and Tapioca Herb dessert.
