I love the smell of boba being made whenever I enter the shop. It’s a small comfy shop with cute plants around. Huge cups. Very friendly. Their boba tastes great. They actually have flavor and taste like they’ve been cooked with brown sugar, not bland at all. Ono Tea House is my favorite!! :^DI’ve been getting boba here about once a month for about a year now.I’ve had their thai milk tea, house milk tea, honeydew green milk tea, guava yogurt, lychee yogurt, strawberry yogurt, and peach yogurt. All yummy! I have ordered in-store and over the phone for pickup. Never had a bad experience so far. :^D

This place is super nice, with a wide variety of options for drinks and they even have a caffeine-free option, which I tried (called Sugar Stripes Milk). It tasted almost like milk boba, minus the caffeine spike afterwards. They also have fruit smoothies and all sorts of seasonal drinks. Great place. Highly recommended.

I came here trying to get a drink not knowing what to order, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to give me suggestions as I was looking for something low in caffeine. So take a chance even if you don’t know what you want they have so many choices. Not only were they helpful but I go back all the time as the tea is delicious and I have a new favorite drink. Thank you Ono Tea House for bringing your tea to El Monte.

I loved! It has an incredible variety of tea flavors, with milk, black, green, with fruit, boba (super smooth), pearls, and they are a good size (I ordered a regular and it was a lot and at a good price). The Honeydew green tea milk became my favorite.Also very good customer service.

Customer Service is awful. I waited 25 minutes for 1 House Milk Tea. After 20 minutes, I asked them to cancel my drink & refund my money which they responded “uhhh wait wait”. There were 3 of us who had orders of 1 or 2 who didn’t get our drinks until people who arrived after us with larger orders. Will not be returning, I rather drive farther & not waste almost half an hour for 1 drink.
