Tommy's in El Monte is great. This Tommy's is always welcoming and rarely has a wait time when ordering. The service is nice and food is always great. My son and I go to this location at least 1-2 times a quarter. Fast service, no lines, great food.

Great food that has been an California experience kinda like in n out but with chili on top. Don't forget they have tamales and chili dogs and chili fries too

Ordered 2 double chile cheese burger meals and the meat tasted nasty. It looked and the meat was gray and disgusting. It wasn’t even fully cooked. I went back to the window and and asked for a refund. She only refunded the 2 burgers instead of the whole meals. I told her that I would never eat there again and she laughed at me. I have never had an experience like that before. I tried contacting the manager and I was never able to get a hold of him/her. So so disappointed!!

Very bad service in drive thru, waited at the window almost 20mints. Again, I was in drive thru. The lady taking the order, didn't even wrote the order down and ask me what did I order at the window again. They where 4-5 employees and took forever just two give me two hamburgers and fries b

I've been a customer since the 50s and the food has for the most part remained p to eating Healthier Burgers elsewhere. So once in awhile it's OK.
