My mom ordered 2 large stuff crust pizzas pepperoni on the phone before hanging up she asked for the total in the form of a Question How much is the total? Over the phone said it was 22 .and some change. I get their and it's 30 Dollars and some change. My mom sent me to pick up the pizzas with 25 dollars thinking she was going to get change . The person over the phone gave her the total of 22 and change I get their to find out it's 30 dollars . Then when I pay gives me a menu with prices. People do ask how much the total is before passing the maximum limit a house can afford. Or maybe ask for the price too BRING EXACT CHANGE. (IN MY CASE) totally embarrassing to find out it was more money .

I've just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. I called and I want to order her large meat Lovers pepperoni pizza . Since she was having difficulty understanding English I asked to speak to someone else she said no one else would. I called back and she hung up on me. I call back three more times and she hung up on me I was so furious by the time I called up at 3:00. I asked her what size was the large pizza she called out too some who also worked there, her answer to the size of a large pizza was 14 times 60. I said you are not making sense. I Asked it's it14 inches. Shin she saidit id 14 time 60... Ugh. So I then said well give me a 14-in pizza. She said we don't have14 inche pizza. I just hung the phone up. There's nothing they can say or do to make up for this horrible experience that I had with them.

I used to come here often back when I lived in El Monte, and moved a year and a half ago. It was really great when it opened for about 3 years. I recently moved out of El Monte & came back here today because I was in the area, and this place has really gone downhill in terms of pizza quality. Just didn't taste the same anymore. I ordered extra sauce and they definitely did NOT add extra sauce. They charge extra for extra sauce now by the way. Ordered here for years before and unfortunately that has changed. Had the audacity to charge me $2 per pizza for extra sauce & didn't even provide extra sauce. Very expensive, that's more money than adding extra meat at other pizza joints. Crust isn't as soft as it once used to be. Chain is barely a step up from Little Caesar's anymore. It really is a toss up on the type of person you'll talk to when you order via phone. Some don't speak english well, others are just really d*** and don't know what I mean when I ask for garlic on the crust. Sad to see this place in such a state of disarray as the chain really does usually sell great pizza. Won't be coming here anymore, could've just got Alberto's across the street and been much happier.

The food is really good . The wings are my fav. The cooks are really nice and professional and the workers are really nice ... BUT that manager lady . WOW talks to the workers like trash . She's rude . All she did was scream at the cooks . The cashier got there and 1st thing she did was yell at her. She's so rude idk how she got this job definitely NOT ok to treat the workers like she does . I'd be ashamed if I were the owner . They need her gone RIGHT AWAY

Great pizza place for fast casual and affordable pizza! Customer service was great. I called placed an order and it went super smooth. I ordered the family special and I upgraded both pizzas for a bbq chicken (which was absolutely the best pizza ever!) and a veggie! I came in and paid for my pizzas came home and my family and I enjoyed our lunch very much. Gracias! I will definitely be coming back. Side note if I listened to all of these other negative reviews before I came in I wouldn't have had some of the best affordable tasty pizza we've had in a while. You guys are doing a great job!
