The old man staff in this Pizza Hut store is very bad. I am DoorDash driver. I have two orders for DoorDash pick up. The old man staff pass me the first one and request me deliver this firstly , otherwise he will refuse to pass me the second order.
First order , 5 miles away Second order, 1 mile away
DoorDash schedule is near one , then far one. But the old man request me deliver the 5 miles firstly , then come back to the 1 mile. I will be late for it.
We drivers have to according to the DoorDash schedule tour, otherwise we are easy to be deactivate DoorDash account.
The old man staff cancel my second order, my completion rate drop from 96% to 95%.
Very bad experience in this pizza store. The old man destroy the DoorDash rule. And , he don’t care the driver deactivated account. We should scold him and fight for drivers right.

Brain dead employees don’t pay attention to orders, ignore customers just talk among themselves. Told a worker 3 TIMES for a pepperoni and a hawaiian. I get my order and they only have one pizza ready for me had to wait another 15 minutes for another pizza. Terrible employees.

Do not order the hand tossed pizza, I payed $32 dollars for a medium hand tossed pizza and it was so thin and it tasted like high school pizza. Totally Not worth what I payed for!

Had a discount card that says $5 off any order of $25 or more that is regular price and the guy wanted me to get another pizza so he could be able to put the discount even though my order was already $35

Great cheap-ish pizza place. Can't beat the value of little Caesars, but for a little bit more money you can get a decent pizza. Been going here for years and they have always been quick to make the pizza and have never messed up my order. I prefer ordering online because they have online-only deals. Once in a blue moon I do get a very slightly undercooked pizza, but only the crust is affected.
