It’s a pretty good place to grab poke for quick bite. I will not say it’s the best I ever had, but it’s above average. Got the “Happi Salmon” which you get to choose the base white/brown rice, or salad, Come with miso soup. The salmon if definitely on the small side but pretty good.

I was just passing through town and decided to stop at Poki Bomb for a quick bite. I’m so glad I did because Ruben gave me the warmest welcome as soon as I walked in. I had never been there before, and he patiently walked me through how to build my bowl. I probably asked 100 questions, and he answered every single one with a smile.
