I had a terrible experience here on Saturday night after the Dodger game. I was walking friend to the restroom, as she was wearing a boot due to an ankle injury. A patron stepped on her boot and turned around and gave her a disgusting look. When returning to the table after our quick restroom break I was confronted by aforementioned patrons friend and ultimately assaulted. She hit me in the face repeatedly, and I did not react. The 4th time she hit I attempted to defend myself, as it is my right to do so. At this time security came and kicked me out and left my attacker in the bar. I understand removing people due to these scenarios, but the aggressor should be removed as well. Bad vibes, ghetto people, troublemakers hang out here. Never returning.

Good bar to watch games, but do not sit at bar stand. Better to walk up to the bar and try stand in line than it is to sit at the bar. You won’t get any service if you do. Came to watch the game and sat at bar. Only a handful of people inside but we still got ignored and other patrons were consistently serviced and we didn’t get approached until I had to extremely wave the bartender down. Drinks are good and food that is served from next door are good but don’t think service is that great.

Only 1 bartender provided great service and was kind too. One bartender gave me a random drink I didn't order and was too fed up with him ignoring me when there wasn't even a lot of people inside at the time. Only 1 person was getting orders of food for people at tables, and it took a long time to get your drinks and food. The best thing about the place was it was spacious, lots of tv's to watch and a live DJ. Hope the next person has a better time ?♂️?♂️

If I could rate this place 0 I wouldn’t even do it cause I need something below the bottom of the barrel to rate this place. The female bartender the one w black hair, tatted up, and big lips size of a boat, whom didn’t even serve me, no type of introduction nothing comes up to charge me for my drink, slides the charging port to me without a word overcharging me $17 for a $9 drink and walks away as if I’m that air headed to notice that scam. Weird. She gotta work in Figueroa or other place cause this not the place to overcharge what’s not yours but with those lips I get it, any income is income for a person like that. This place needs to hold their employees accountable. 0 stars, thank u next.

Hello Progress. Im writing this review to let u guys know what a terrible experience we had. About a month ago, me along with 4 other friends went to your bar and was eventually kicked out by the blond with the terrible attitude. As soon as our group got there, she was giving us bad vibes always staring at our group. We were waiting for a couple of more friends to arrive and while we were waiting, a couple of us started to vape and without warning she called security to kick us out. We been to progress before and vaped before but this time the blond had the bad attitude. We will never be returning to this progress anymore. Kevin or Diego, please train your staff better about proper customer service. We dont think what we did deserved to be kicked out like that.

Worst experience, the bartender there was very unprofessional and rude, we kept asking for service she kept ignoring us it seemed like she was mad. We felt very uncomfortable asking for drinks since she would slam things while serving,I did not get her name but she had a big tattoo on her neck and blonde hair, her attitude was completely rude don’t go there she will make you feel very uncomfortable with the nasty tone she uses when serving you .

Horrible service , the bar tender with the blond hair, tattoos , glasses . She has the worst attitude. I was in line for 15 min , then I asked her if she can help me , she rolled her eyes and said to wait , then took another 10 min to help me . She is very rude , I see her do that to many of the customers . It’s not the first time !If the server had a better attitude it would be nicer to attend to this place . But she makes you feel uncomfortable and looks at you like if you’re bothering her .
