Quon Yick Noodles are by far the best noodles on the market. They just have great texture and chew. Even when I am not in the US, I still bring Quon Yick with me--that's how good it is!

Quon Yick is the best but very hard to find. The best noodle I ever had is Quon Yick's Marco Polo noodles.
