I'm really not sure how this place has gotten good reviews in the past. Maybe they changed ownership during the times with the good/excellent reviews? My experience with this restaurant is not great. Went in and there were no customers in there, it already was a bad start. There seemed to be only 1 guy working at this restaurant. This guy seemed quite nice until he started talking, everything just sounded rude coming out of his mouth. Not sure that was his intention but he didn't know how to talk properly. This place seemed really dirty. You go in and the floors were really dirty, the tables were greasy, the utensils were dirty. Since it's a Vietnamese place that serves Pho, you would think they would have lots of dipping saucers to mix your Hoisin and Sriracha. Every table had only 1 or 2 of these saucers wth?? I gathered enough saucers for the empty tables to use but all the saucers were dirty. Stains with sriracha and hoisin on them. How gross is that? When our order came out, the guy starts asking us, who got number 12? number 12!!! I mean who remembers what number they ordered on the menu? He doesn't refer to the actual dish name that he has, but uses a number. He did that with all the dishes he brought out and it annoyed the hell out of us because we had no clue what number we ordered. And the guy sounded very rude every time he opened his mouth, definitely need someone to teach him how to talk. Only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is the food was decent. My Pho tasted OK and everybody seemed to have finished the food. Proper communication skills, customer service and cleanliness needs serious improvement.

The owners of this place are a sweet married couple! I randomly stopped by, not having any idea that they were already closed since the door was open. As soon as I grabbed the menu to select what I wanted to eat I noticed a beautiful woman in the back kitchen while her husband walked after me saying it was already closed. I apologized and immediately told them I'll come back next time. Within seconds the couple exchange a few words with one another in their foreign language , smiled and said that it was an hour passed their closing time but they were willing to attend me. I immediately thanked them and definitely tipped them in the spot!! They are so sweet and humble people! Thank you so so much!

GOOD FOOD & SERVICES! The food and service are good. I would give 5 stars if it is NOT cheapened by substituting Vietnamese Vegi to celery. I expected Vietnamese food should be "AUTHENTIC" to use only Vietnamese Vegi NOT celery.

This place looked decent, however most of their food didn't taste as good as it should. Their spring rolls only had shrimp, lettuce, and just noodles. Kinda disappointed. I'm pescatarian and the options were super limited, which I don't mind, but I feel like if the spring roll isn't good, the food wouldn't be good at all. And it looked like someone dropped the food or something when you look closely. The guy who took my order was very nice tho, only good thing tbh.

This is a gem of a family restaurant that is called Saigon Noodle & Grill. After a long day of work this restaurant had caught my eye from across the street and eating here was one of the best decisions of my life! The staff are friendly and cordial :) I wished I was able to actually sit down to eat in this restaurant, but I couldn't because of all this COVID nonsense. I had the Saigon Tomato Rice w/ Beef combo special (it came with a bowl of soup) for my meal and I had a lemonade-type of refresher (I can't remember exactly what it was called), but they were all delicious! The cook definitely pours all of her love into the food that she cooks. If It is your first time coming here - I strongly recommend having their Saigon Tomato Rice w/ Beef or Chicken combo special and the lemonade as a refresher ;) I hope I can come here again so I can have more of their delicious food. Thank you so much!!
Saigon Noodle & Grill is a cute family-owned small business. I think my favorite dish here has got to be the phở đặc biệt or the bún chả giò thịt nớng! Currently they are only doing take-out or delivery, so call in advance if you don't want to wait! Also, it seems that they have changed their menu prices, but I think it's not bad compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. Would come back for more!

Im big on service so this place gets my votes. Food isn't anything to go crazy over, but its solid. Not many places close to my serve shredded pork and soup with the rice anymore. So I'm a happy customer every time i go here.

I'm fairly surprised with the quality of food from this mom and pop restaurant. I went in just wanting some vermicelli, and wasn't expecting much, but their vermicelli was some of the best I have had. They give you a lot of the vermicelli noodle itself which is great for they prince. The egg rolls are very good as well. Overall: I'm very surprised and pleased with the service and the taste of the food there. Would recommend and definitely come back.

I love this place! Noodles at cooked to perfection, all their food is simply delicious. Its a must have. My daughter will not be satisfied if we dont have pho from this restaurant. We both enjoy it.

I've been here several times, but NEVER again the 1st time I went there it was good nothing to complain about. The other times were a complete disappointment. 1st off they didn't have the egg rolls ready for order when one would think that is one of their top items. Then on the last two visits I found a HAIR in my food one of them being in the dipping sauce for their egg rolls which I didn't find out until I was finished with the sauce. Found another HAIR in the Spring Rolls ordered those cause they didn't have EGG ROLLS and this was a LONG STRAND of HAIR. I suggest GOLDEN DELI for some DELICIOUS VIETNAMESE PHO and NEVER HAS HAIR IN THE ORDERS!
