My wife pre ordered cupcakes at the bakery in days in advance for my son birthday .when we went to pick up our order they didn’t have it they said the money was refunded and there was no order ready .Why have a service and make promises that can’t be achieved now my son doesn’t get his cupcakes because the bakery is not dependable whoever runs doesn’t have the professionalism to serve our community this place is not responsible or have love for their job these new kids in charge now is just a mess.I miss the old days where people care about customers and their community to make sure to give good service and satisfied the customer and give a good name and keep a great reputation for the store .If it was up to me I wouldn’t come here or recommend it plus the people who work here are always rude!

haven't been to store for about 7 months. store layout has changed, dont carry all the items we were looking for. overall in out rather quickly considering times we are livin in....cashiers very friendly and helpful. everyone wearing masks & social distancing..
