Food has always been good here, but the service has declined, and the employee that answers the phone was very rude. Make sure you question the prices the prices on their internet versus the prices they're going to charge you are completely different inside the restaurant they're much higher when I question that that's when she got rude so just have your guard up and make sure you ask what their prices are before you make your purchase. Good luck to you I won't be back their lunch is starting to decline so now that all these prices have gone up I'm pretty sure this business will go under with employees like that good luck

I wish I had the opportunity to sit down buy I took food to go since we were staying in pasadena overnightI haven't had shakeys since I was in grade school since they took it away from bakersfield, their pizza is rock on amazing and the mojos were half eaten by the time I got back to thw hotel.Highly recommend the garlic cheesebread super yummy. ?This young man cashiering was super sweet and on point to help me out.

Food is good, advertisements are a hoax to draw people in and then get charged way more than advertised. So unprofessional. Paid $115.00 for 3 one topping pizzas, 6 pc. chicken and mojos. I've been coming here since the 1970's and will probably still come just less frequently and only with a coupon. I can't afford this place anymore.

Valerie ws very patient taking my order and was out at the time she promised. The atmosphere was quite relaxing and waiting was no problem with a complimentary cup of cold water that she graciously offered.
