Great service! However, I asked for light ice. But I got a lot. I asked for light ice on my drink because I ordered the summer skies drink. I had to ask for an extra cup because of this rude girl who said “sorry”, but I was still not happy because she had given me attitude. This was today on 07/27 at 4:30. The reason I had asked for light ice was because I ordered the drink with popping boba & if there was too much ice in my drink, it would be hard to suck the boba. I could’ve gotten choked because i don’t want to suck too hard on the pearls. There was a girl that died because she sucked the boba pearls too hard. Even tho I was not happy about the situation, there was an Aisha guy who was very nice.

I ordered a cup of iced coffee this morning, I said I wanted to use my own starbucks cup, so I can help Starbucks save the cup, but the waiter said no, she did not operate this way, the woman also used the extreme contempt and contempt attitude to perfunctory me, this service attitude is really rotten home!

Me and my mom came to Longo at 6:50 am to rent a car where we will drive to a nearby hospital to check my mom's bruised eye. I noticed that the ice we brought melted fast so I ask the lady by Starbucks if they can spare some ice. They said they don't have it.Minutes later I decided to buy a coffee while we wait for the car and noticed that the lady was grabbing a pitcher of ice by the station. I was so pissed that they can't give a few cubes of ice. I did not buy the coffee.

Woman was extremely rude. I will never buy from this Starbucks again. I spent over $40 here today and she refused to give me a cup sleeve. She seemed to enjoy saying no. I should have returned the order but aft waiting here 5 hours, I was just too tired to deal with her.
Parking: Longo parks so many cars and trucks from inventory in their customer parking that it is extremely difficult to find parking. You will frequently find yourself head to head with Longo employees driving carts and other vehicles the wrong way ignoring the one-way arrows painted on the ground.

It's inside of a dealership so expect some crowd there was a long line this day. As you wait for your vehicle while being serviced. But if you go earlier before 10 u will be okay. My second visit here but the 1st time I had a 9am appt offer free complimentary coffee or tea it's just the basic so if you want a better drink expect to pay. Also, don't expect water the machine was broken @ least that is what I was told.
