Me and my mom came to Longo at 6:50 am to rent a car where we will drive to a nearby hospital to check my mom's bruised eye. I noticed that the ice we brought melted fast so I ask the lady by Starbucks if they can spare some ice. They said they don't have it.Minutes later I decided to buy a coffee while we wait for the car and noticed that the lady was grabbing a pitcher of ice by the station. I was so pissed that they can't give a few cubes of ice. I did not buy the coffee.

Their coffee taste like water, It's been couple times to do my car maintenance here at Longo, every time stop here, the coffee is the same, taste like water, I am here again today and want give it try again, see what happened ...

Woman was extremely rude. I will never buy from this Starbucks again. I spent over $40 here today and she refused to give me a cup sleeve. She seemed to enjoy saying no. I should have returned the order but aft waiting here 5 hours, I was just too tired to deal with her.Parking: Longo parks so many cars and trucks from inventory in their customer parking that it is extremely difficult to find parking. You will frequently find yourself head to head with Longo employees driving carts and other vehicles the wrong way ignoring the one-way arrows painted on the ground.

Was going here for some time until this new barista started acting racially discriminant, toward me and the wifey by closing the windows for extended period of time and delaying my orders as well. Aeriole is her name she has colorful tattoos on her forearms?

That girl over there was flat out rude! First inhave to repeat what ordering coz she isnt paying attention. Then our drinks came i took a carrier thats on the side of counter. She rudely said dont reach in next time. That carrier was just literally on the side that i really dont need to reach out for it. Theres no next time theres tons of starbucks. Not because your a manager your acting as if your a ceo of a corporation. Girl you work at starbucks get that in your head. Poor customer service. I cant believe you are employing unpleasant peopla. Get training on customer service and fix yourself.

It's inside of a dealership so expect some crowd there was a long line this day. As you wait for your vehicle while being serviced. But if you go earlier before 10 u will be okay. My second visit here but the 1st time I had a 9am appt offer free complimentary coffee or tea it's just the basic so if you want a better drink expect to pay. Also, don't expect water the machine was broken @ least that is what I was told.

Avoid this place! Better self help for free Toyota or Lexus coffee machine! I place a mobile order, and they never called my name till I wait 20 mins then went up to front and ask, she passed me $7 bucks order from the back? Left comments “mobile order!” Without apologize. Reason to avoid : 1) they serve priority for Toyota employee first and say “Thank you” to those with suit and uniform! I doubt those high working class paid lot of routine tips to them or either fix their Toyota vehicle for free…. 2) I try to look for my other on the pick up corner, by careful turning the cup see if my name on the one of coffee cup sticker, inside barista lady raise her voice “not yours”! Then she turn her back without ask my name, later a mechanic guy maybe her boyfriend came pick up and she flirt with him! 3) most of customer pick up order work unhappy faces. And no “thank you” words! But “thank you have a good day” to every longo employee! I prefer AI or robotic coffee in the future! Thank you! SB
I ordered a soy chai latte. They gave me a regular chai latte with milk. Asked them to remake it. The soy chai was extremely watered down as if they poured out half of the 1st drip and topped it off with soy milk. This place aint it.

This starbucks looks like an airport coffee shop, situated in the middle of center store shared with subway and the concierge desk. Drinks are ok. Staffs seem friendly. They make pretty fast. They give coupon to use at this starbucks, instead of the complimentary car wash if you service at toyota longo. It's only for small free hot coffee or tea. If you want iced, it's at discounted price at $1.50. Tip: make sure to ask for the coupon, they don't always offer!
