On Christmas morning, I ordered a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with non dairy cold foam, a drink I get very often. Yes! I know this is drink is already super inconsistent but this time it came out extremely light, almost like milk, which seemed off. I politely asked the girl on drive-thru if an extra shot could be added since I didn’t want the drink remade and wasted. I was fully prepared to pay the extra $1.25 since I was the one requesting it. She then asked if I want her to remake it or add an extra shot. Since she offered to remake it I said if would be fine to remake it without the extra shot. Her response was very passive-aggressive and caught me off guard when she said that if she remade it, it would look exactly the same. Which I know isn’t true since I’ve ordered this drink a lot and have never received one that looked like that. When I again asked for the remake without the extra shot, she insisted that I had asked for one, even though the drink hadn’t been remade yet, she has not even turned around yet to tell the baristas. I hadn’t paid for the extra shot yet. This made the interaction uncomfortable for both me and my dad, and it felt like she was forcing me to pay for a shot I no longer wanted. I ended up just paying for the shot, to get the interaction over with. I work in customer service as well and understand it can be tiring and frustrating but really ? I wasn’t even being rude, worker got an attitude problem for real….

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this visit was disappointing. I came in during the night shift and the experience was really disappointing. The worker had a lot of attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping customers at all. My drinks were also poorly made — definitely not the quality I expect from Starbucks. I hope the night shift team improves their customer service and attention to detail.

I came here on a Saturday coming from up north to visit my family early for the holiday. This is the only store that made my Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken drink correct just the way I wanted it. The guy on the drive through that took my order, he was tall bearded guy seemed like he was a supervisor or manager or something was very nice. It was a bit of a line but it moved pretty seemlessly. I asked about a matcha drink since I came back from a travel to japan this year, he said to try the banana cold foam. I guess its a new thing they have, almost got perusaded to try it but maybe next time. Overall it was a good experience. I wanted to get them a good review since they are ones who got the drink almost the same as the store I go to regularly back home. Good experience overall.

Went there this week to study, the space was clean and they got my order right because I always ask without caffeine and sometimes other stores have gotten my order wrong, but this staff greeted me with a smile and they were quick even with a lot of customers. My drink was delicious. I think this is a great spot to study, with a lot of table options and spots to charge your phone.

My favorite Starbucks around the area by far. This is not the closest one around me, but I will definitely come back a lot. I usually order matcha latte with few extra scoop of matcha powder, and 1 pump syrup because I don’t like it too sweet. Surprisingly only this store can make it bitter and great. Other stores often make it too sweet I don’t know why😂 thanks for the baristas here🍵💕

Arrived at the store and all the staff just ignored me standing at the pick up counter for 5 minutes. Guess what? Turned out that nobody had made my drink. And the worst part is my pumpkin cream chai tea tasted like sugar water! Totally different than what I tasted in another store. Horrible experience on a Sunday.
