There was this rude tall guy with beard that was extremely rude to my teenage son. My son was thirsty so I decided to stop by a Starbuck he went in by himself he asked for a water with no ice. The worker with a beard told him it’s policy that he buys something if he wants a cup of water. So my son had money in his Apple wallet he payed a cake pop just to get water. I get it’s policy.. But what really bothered me was that my son told him twice he didn’t want ice since he was coming off a cold and the guy put extra ice I’m not even exaggerating filled his cup with ice and there was so little space for water. My son comes back in the car and I can see his sad face. I asked him what happened he told me and he didn’t even eat his cake pop and he had a full cup of ice with little water. I was so upset but instead of arguing I went in there to ask for a cup of water myself alone and see if they would do the same to me and No they gave me a cup of water with little ice and didn’t even tell me I had to buy something, so I believe they treated my son unfair just because the way he looked. I spoke to the manager Vilva and she was no help at all. This is really sad how they can make a kid feel more socially isolated and make him feel the way they did over just a simple cup of water with no ice that’s all he wanted. This Starbucks sucks for their employees and there’s no love or compassion in this store.

These guys covered their outlets- I came here to work on my computer for a half hour and drink a morning coffee. They have the regular outlets next to each seat.. but they are all covered/un-usable. Why would they do this? I walked out. There is literally no one sitting inside; drive thru has customers, but they seem to on-purpose not want anyone coming in and sitting with their coffee.. Staff seemed happy enough though-

I when today to try out the pumpkin spice latte at first the drive thru lady gave me the wrong drink…i told her i wanted the pumpkin spice iced latte and she changed it and when i drank it, it was just a coffee latte I was disappointed.

Never have had an issue until today I was getting my order and One of the worker her name is Gillian was being really rude to a customer that was a non English speaker. Gillian clearly speaks Spanish because I always go to this place and have heard her speak it. She has a bad attitude and has poor customer service.

I went in 7/28 around 9pm asked for a iced coffee was extremely watered down and extremely sweet went back in to change it and my parents added something aswell so not only did I TRY to get it fixed but I’m adding !!! I changed it to a hazelnut frap obviously I want it coffee based why was my drink white no coffee taste in sight even the whip cream wasn’t sweet. I’m glad I haven’t been going to this location and yesterday’s experience plus this below confirms the care that’s givin. My sister has had similar experiences got her sweet foam salted and asked to get it fixed and was the same .
