Never have had an issue until today I was getting my order and One of the worker her name is Gillian was being really rude to a customer that was a non English speaker. Gillian clearly speaks Spanish because I always go to this place and have heard her speak it. She has a bad attitude and has poor customer service.

I went in 7/28 around 9pm asked for a iced coffee was extremely watered down and extremely sweet went back in to change it and my parents added something aswell so not only did I TRY to get it fixed but I’m adding !!!
I changed it to a hazelnut frap obviously I want it coffee based why was my drink white no coffee taste in sight even the whip cream wasn’t sweet.
I’m glad I haven’t been going to this location and yesterday’s experience plus this below confirms the care that’s givin.
My sister has had similar experiences got her sweet foam salted and asked to get it fixed and was the same .

Will not be returning to this specific srarebucks, Gillian did not make this a pleasant experience at all, in fact she was just rude. I'm not to sure why, i don't want to say it was because my special needs son (I hope I'm wrong) was being a bit much but everday is a struggle for me so, sorry not sorry. But thanks to her attitude toward us I will make sure to spread the word about the negativity at this starvucks location.

My coffee is nasty The worst 32 he keep cutting me out like anything else anything else and the coffee taste like freaking water.

I hate to be this person, but I have to share the past few experiences with my coffee orders I’ve had here.

I ask for a cold brew with half and half and they put A WHOLE cup of half and half. This happened twice. Don’t know if they don’t care to make it taste good, they don’t seem too busy, so I don’t see why they wouldn’t take their time to make it better. They have been kind enough to make me a new one every time I ask but I feel bad for asking them, and it’s an inconvenience for me to go back. Anyway I hope they try to do better.
