I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The barista I encountered was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I ordered my drinks, one of them was made incorrectly. When I pointed this out, she rolled her eyes and accused me of not ordering it with cream. Even though it's a drink, I always order with cream.

To make matters worse, my husband found a bug in his coffee. When I asked for a replacement, the barista became defensive and blamed my husband for removing the lid. I was shocked by her unprofessional and rude behavior.

I have never had such a terrible experience at a Starbucks before. I would give this location a zero-star rating if possible

It takes nearly 30 minutes to wait for a cup of coffee and a chocolate croissant. It's terrible. The staff is very busy and the service attitude is very good, but it is should be necessary to hire more staff during the weekend to improve the work efficiency.

Showed up at 11:07pm (mind you, this place supposedly closes at 11:30pm) with 3 employees still in there with headsets on. I pulled up to the order screen radio silence, waited a good 4 mins then I see the lights turn off and hear people walking and talking outside and it was the employees throwing away the trash. They didn’t even have the decency to let me know they were closed. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. change your hours of operation if you will not honor them.

Always out of long straw which 30oz cup need to use. Service is so so bad, the mix coffee guy did not want to answer pick up customer question.
I still keep coming since my house and my work place are close to this store. Hope they will be improved.

I ordered a Katie yesterday early morning, since the taste she made for me was too sweet, I told her I drink Starbucks Latte every day, and I know the taste, she said she did nothing wrong, her attitude is very rude, but she did change the non sweet one, that means she knows what’s wrong with her.

we ordered on the mobile and it took 30 minutes just for me to be able to pick up my drinks , it was during my lunch time .

Bad service at the cashier.

Horrible customer service. I came here with attentions of getting some studying done with a refreshing drink of caffeine to keep me awake. When I walked up to the cash register the cashier was writing something down, took her a couple of minutes to tell me anything. When she was done she looked up at me and asked what I wanted. I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso grande. I paid and was told that my order would be called at once it was ready. In the mean time I set myself up at a table with my laptop and wait. 20 minutes go by and I haven't gotten my drink. I wait five more minutes then get up and ask one of the baristas if it would take a while longer for my drink. She informs that no order was placed for a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso grande. The barista walks over to the register to check and asked who placed my order. I pointed to the cashier who had pink strands on her hair and said she did. The lady with the pink strands made a face at me and told the other barista to make the drink. I'm usually very patient and like being understanding but that facial gesture was not called for. At this point it's already 30 minutes from the time I ordered my drink and it was frustrating.
