This Starbucks has been my go to since it’s close by work. I always receive great service and great accommodations with my food and drinks whenever I stop by! Jen, the manager is amazing with her team! Definitely recommend

I cannot believe this but they tried to sneak in a $2 gratuity on my order. I had to have them refund the order. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Zero stars if I could!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. While waiting for the coffee I had already ordered, I asked to use the restroom. The staff told me I had to purchase something in order to use it—even though I was clearly a paying customer waiting for my drink. What made it worse was the dismissive attitude and condescending look I received from the staff. This is not the kind of service or respect I expect from Starbucks. Very disappointing experience.

If there was a 0 star option, I would, unfortunately there is only one star. BE WARE!! of pastries with mold. Starbucks workers do not pay attention to the pastries they are selling, cooking, and handing out to customers. They did not take accountability. They accused the vendor of selling them a pastry with mold. As a second party selling items, you MUST verify the date of expiration, inspect the item as you are placing it in the oven, and that the food you hand out has great quality. My coworkers bit into the sandwich and realized the mold. She immediately spit it out. This could have been handed to a child with a poor immune system and could have great consequences. Starbucks should do better and not focus on their poor writing skills on their cups.

I am very upset with the service of the supervisor. I work in the same shopping area. I go in there every day to buy my coffee every morning and always I’m able to use the bathroom when is needed. after letting the supervisor know that I work in the same shopping center. I’m on my lunch break. I purchase coffee this morning. She told me I could not use the bathroom that I had to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom and that was stated in their policies, she refuse to show me where and told me to google it. I spend more than $20 a week. She refused me bathroom service. That is unacceptable. Inconsiderate. shows no empathy or compassion for its paying customers customers.

Should have posted a review a long time ago. This is my local everyday Starbucks by work. Shout out to the whole staff who always treats me and the rest of our staff amazing. Not only is the vibe friendly and the service is great, but they take the extra effort to memorize regulars names and drinks. They deserve all the praise for their attention to customer service. Noted the extra good morning on my cup today and realize I had not yet posted a review and wanted to make sure everyone knew how amazing they were. Thank you guys! See y’all soon! ☕️

I went here a few days ago to get my drink and the blond lady (i think is her hair color) in the front that works by the drive thru charged my card $6 when it should have been $4. She was pretty rude and i will never be coming back to this location because apparently these people just charge cards and scam. She knew exactly how much she was taking out because I asked her twice about it. Don’t come here unless you want to be scammed. I wish i had her exact name

I recently ordered a from Starbucks, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment—not because of the drink itself, but because of how it was made. It tasted off, like the ingredients were either poorly mixed or something was missing altogether. The drink had an unbalanced flavor and a weird consistency, which made it hard to enjoy. I’ve had this drink before and loved it, but this time it was a waste of money. It seems like the person who made it didn’t put much care into the preparation. I really hope Starbucks takes more care with quality control because this was a letdown.
