I guess even though it’s says it’s open until 9 pm on Friday it’s not really open till 9 on Friday. Doors locked at 840 and refused service at drive through. I walked up because I drive an 18 wheeler when the doors were locked upon arrival. Taking my business elsewhere tonight. Thanks for nothing Starbucks.

Pretty good. There are still few people now, and there are almost no people coming to study. On 5/3/2022, there were a few people, and there is no change. There is no change in the number of people on 6/21/2023. There were still few people on 2/17/2024.

Thank you for the barista that changed my coffee lid , I ask the barista to please hand me a lid for my coffee with a napkin as I notice her hand pressing on my lid , now it’s not like before I get it I worked in restaurant and rule is you never touch the lid or the the top of the glass or whatever . COVID hit and money exchange with lids at Starbucks gets me into the most panic and anxiety and that is why I avoid public places . I just want to thank the young lady at 730 am that help me in drive through for keeping her professional as I know is very odd and weird someone behaving in such situation . It was a very difficult thing for me to do ,!

I go to this store a lot because I work nearby, and didn’t have any issue. But today, I ordered venti drink using drive thru, the barista probably didn’t hear me clearly, she thought it was grande. But when she confirmed with me, I told her I wanted venti, she said ok. Then I pulled forward to pickup window, I saw she already have my drink in grande cup, then she just poured it into a venti cup and added ice. I feel offended and really uncomfortable. She treated me without respect.

Came in to grab a quick drink ended up chit chatting with Lizz, who is an amazing person so nice and helpful with ordering and tips on the area! Made me feel at home in a sweet shop! Totally ten out of ten I'll be back!!!

Great coffee break, the girls here are nice, I needed coffee to continue my trip back home so I stopped here and had the best hot Americano and a delicious warm cheese danish. Air conditioning is great as it's a little bit hot outside. Restaurant is sparkling clean.

I gave a 1 star for the delicious Starbucks coffee itself. It was obvious the worker doesn't give a crap about their job. Got a good eye roll when I gave the specifics for my coffee (cream, stevia, etc). Ordered 2 Venti coffees and received a grande and a venti and when I asked about it, was told by the same person "I'll put it in a venti cup" instead of apologizing that they messed up the order. Checked my receipt (#686531) and sure enough I had purchased Venti's. Another great example of a young entitled generation who believes they deserve $20 an hour for pouring cups of coffee.

Not my favorite Starbucks at all.First and foremost, my review is mostly for the service received at this location.I wasn't sure if I wanted to make a review because honestly, I get that not all Starbucks will have spectacular service. However, I wasn't asked if I wanted to use my points, the cashier automatically used up my points without my consent. Typically at all locations I go to, the cashiers let me know I have points and if I would like to use them, so you can imagine my surprise when I was told I was good to go when I said I'd pay in cash and would just like to scan for points. I was so confused when the cashier told me I was good to go. At first, I thought maybe I scanned my credit card through the app, but only realized after looking at my phone's receipt (because I scanned for points) did I realize the cashier used my points without letting me know. I wasn't given a physical receipt so I wouldn't have known if it weren't for my app's record (thank god for that feature). This is the main reason for my review, but to be honest? Staff here look like they're trying to look busy but aren't really. There was no line at the drive-thru and I was the only one ordering something at the counter.Coming in to the Starbucks, another employee stared at us and then looked at us like we ruined their day by giving the place business. I thought maybe the weather was giving everyone that sluggish and annoyed attitude, but it wasn't. The inside was way cooler than outside. The employees today looked like they really did not want to be there, hated their jobs, and hated to be bothered by customers. I asked for a puppuccino and I didn't get that so I had to wait for someone to come my way. Most of them were looking away from me. When I got it, I noticed that when I got my drink, I didn't receive a straw. It wasn't those sip lids that I got. I looked around and didn't see any straws around so I had to wait again to flag someone down to get a straw. I try to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to service, but it's kind of hard to overlook a bunch of people looking like I had ruined their day and any slight interaction is the ultimate inconvenience to them. Drink was nothing amazing. I'd like to reiterate that my review today is mostly for the service or I guess lack thereof.It's pretty sad. What in the world happened to this Starbucks???

The women at the front counter who I believe was the supervisor or manager was being very rude to us when ordering. My girlfriend asked a question and she became very rude and frustrated all because she didn’t understand the question. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but there is no excuse for that type of attitude.
