Tell me why every time I come here , I order a strawberry refresher (no lemonade) that somehow means I get no strawberries every single time and just tastes like water...... I might as well just order water and not pay $6...because that's what it tastes like.

Every time I order on my mobile, they always make that wrong…. I asked for soy milk but each time I got the drink with whole milk. Please be aware and don’t disappoint the customers in the future.

Edit: No surprise. I came to review the location, and I had already given it 1star from three years ago. I ordered from this location and didn't receive all my items. When I got to the window, I was given the food items with a handful of bunched up napkins. When I got home there was an item missing. There's no way to review your order in the app to receive a refund. Burger King has an automated system that gives you a credit on the app... BURGER KING..!? I called the store and they said I could,
1. Go back to the store for the item, or 2. Go back to the store for a refund..
It takes 10minutes one way to get to the store. Having to go back means I lose 40minutes from what is supposed to be a "convenient" trip through a "convenient" app. $4 lost because they bank on people not wanting to be inconvenienced is theft to me.. Refund my money. There's an entire department at Corporate that monitors and deals with transactions. FIX it.. To top it off, the impossible sandwich isn't impossible to believe you are getting fake meat.. My dog makes more solid patties when I take him outside to poop.. Gross..
2021 review.. Not for me. The only reason I come is my wife orders it, and even she is losing interest. They can not keep a full stock of items.. something is always unavailable or missing an ingredient. That's why they promote "barista options"..

My go to morning spot for my coffee and breakfast. The staff are friendly, efficient, and go that extra mile.
Example: The feta/spinach wrap thing slipped through its sleeve and fell on the street while I was walking back to my apartment, and I returned to pay another one. They gave me one for free! So sweet and just made my day. Also super kind to my little purse dog whenever we come by.
