Average subway. Located in the f4l plaza.Ordered online and picked up. Food was ready and made correctly. Employee was very nice.I did order a cookie, but didn't get it. Good thing it was only a dollar.

Only came to this establishment was because of the BOGO buy one get one free. I would never ever recommend going to this little store, the man behind the counter has one of the worst attitude. The look of despair and the way he hates his job, doesn't greet his customer or thank them or anything. He gives off this nasty "GTFO my store" vibes and he would tell you to not look at him doing the sandwiches even though you're behind the glass counter with that attitude, i wouldn't trust you making my sandwiches, you might even spit in them. I think he's the manager, because nobody will ever want to hire someone like that. no wonder this place has always been so empty, even though businesses around Food4Less has been thriving.

The employee there doesn't change gloves after the previous finished customer. I'm a vegetarian, and the previous customer ordered a ham sandwich. She used the same gloves as mine. I'm really disappointed and trash my sandwich afterward. Never gonna come back again!

Placed order online I showed up a little early asked if it was ready she said she was about to start on it I then noticed she was using the wrong bread so I ask if that was mine she says yes and I tell her about the bread then she says that they were out of the one I asked for so I tell her to give me Italian herbs and cheese. Instead of asking me what bread I would like because they were out of the one I asked for she just grabbed a random one which is stupid because she seen me sit down and wait by the counter. On top of that after she finished she didn't even tell me it was done I looked up from my phone and seen she had just left it there on the counter. Garbage service whole time she had an attitude. If you don't like your job LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE

Came in today at 1:40 and the girl on the register said her register is down and she can't sell me anything. Ridiculous. Why is there even an open sign? Paying employees to just hang out at work?

I ordered my food and I made it a meal. And when I got it delivered the delivery guy said they didn’t have the chips I asked for nor the Gatorade I wanted. Smh. And that they tried calling me but “my phone number was disconnected”

I have been to this Subway multiple times, but today did it for me to write this review. I went in around 12:40pm, poured myself soda & noticed it was watered down. I told the female worker in the front counter about it & she simply looked at me & looked away. EVERYTIME I see her face she looks miserable. Which makes my experience not so enjoyable! So once I got the cold shoulder I asked her what her name was since she didn’t follow work protocol as well & didn’t have her badge on her, she then said “oh yeah the Dr. Pepper is out” then I repeated my question & she hesitates & states it’s “Nicky” didn’t sound believable but Subway do your company a favor & have her doing dishes instead! No one needs an unpleasant face to go with a decent meal. It ruins it all. But overall the gentleman who made my order during the same time was very on it, very kind, & made me not so upset overall! He deserves to handle the public.

I usually NEVER leave reviews but I feel like I need to.Today at around 8:20pm i went into subway at this exact location and ordered a protein style bowl. the guy was nice and was helpful but the woman there named "Edith" was VERY RUDE.I asked for pepper jack cheese to be added and she said "ughh we don't do that only sprinkle cheese go on protein bowls and salads." I even offered to pay extra. She sighed and slapped my cheese aggressively onto the protein bowl."EDITH" was very rude and bad customer service, she should definitely be trained in customer service Edicate. The guy on shift tonight was nice.6/30/2022 at around 820pm.
