I arrived at 10:15 am and it was closed, there were 2 workers and they didn't open, it's Sunday, May 11, they said it was closed and they were sitting looking at their cell phones, I will never return.

Today (3-09-25) I went to this El Monte Subway and was attended by Jacob. He could not be more professional, courteous, helpful, or friendlier than he was. He helped us the entire time with a smile on his face. A better employee you'd be hard pressed to find. And the food was the best I've ever had from any Subway restaurant. If you're reading this, Jacob, thank you for you fantastic service. I hope you're there next time I go. And to all the patrons that intend to visit this location in El Monte, I highly recommend that you ask for Jacob. You won't regret it.

I used to love this subway til today. The lady who made my subway was extremely rude. My family and I came to eat a foot long each. The woman named Martha was extremely rude, she yelled and was so frustrated when speaking to us. I get she was making 5 subs but there was no reason for her to treat us the way she did . We weren’t asking for free meals . Once Martha noticed we got upset and gave her the same energy she changed her way of treating us. Honestly … I am very upset on the way she treated and spoke to us when all we wanted was a Subway! Last time coming here . Sorry for leaving a bad review but truly wasn’t cool.

I went today 10/18 and first time at this location and the sandwiches were pretty skimpy. Very small pinch of ingredients . I didn't want to be rude and say she was putting a small amount because I usually stay quiet and don't like to be a jerk but I think this location should tell the sandwich maker to not he stingy with the ingredients. All the other subways have been normal and good

This Subway place is located in a small parking lot and in many ways compete with Caesar pizza next door. Servers are Not very friendly but always busy doing something. The food is not super fresh, one can call it mediocre. I love subway sandwiches and especially the open look that the customer can see all the products, Not the case here! The staff protects their produce from the eyes of the customers. Also the tiny restroom, which one can not help noticing when you cone in, is only for staff. Not for customers!

Today I went to Subway in El Monte around 730PM.I can't think of the name exactly but I think it was Ernesto that took my order.I ordered a 6 inch cold cut sandwich to go.Ernesto was professional, helpful and very nice!!I ate the sandwich around 745PM.Around 830PM my stomach started hurting me from eating the cold cut sandwich.Around 9PM I started throwing up from eating the sandwich.Right now is 10PM and my stomach is still hurting from eating the 6inch cold cut sandwich.I think the cold sandwich got me sick.I'm being honest I've never had any problems eating at Subway.I thought I let you know.

Wow 2 footlong a bag of chip and a large soda almost 30$ subway is good but I dont know is it worth the 30$ for a fast food chain other than that the cashier lady here is very nice and help
