Everytime I come here the line is long with more than 5 cars and the wait be over 10 minutes. Today 8/13/2025 at 3:40 PM I ordered 1 chicken quesdilla with Pico de gallo on the side and I sat in the drive through line at the window for over 10 minutes. Then the lady at the cash register was using the same gloves to handle money and fill the drinks. When she gave me back my debit card and receipt the debit card was very sticky and the receipt was wet in which I told the lady at the window and she said ok and still didnt change dirty gloves. I finally received my food and drove away from the window at 3:53 PM.

I had a frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I placed two separate orders and specifically asked the drive-thru employee to put them in two separate bags. Instead, everything was put like what ever. In 1 bag two tacos and two crunch wraps in a different bag. completely ignoring my request. It's not a complicated task, yet somehow it was too much to handle. If you're getting paid over $20 an hour, at least do the job right. The lack of attention to detail and customer service here is disappointing. Definitely won't be coming back. The food was good, but the guy taking the order needs to go to the in n out university. Don't know the name of the order taker but it was 10:42 pm. Hope who ever manages this place, fixes it.

This place sucks its literally fast food waited 30 min everyone seems to be getting their food I go up ask food is being made how is it that half of the stuff is pre-made already and it still takes 30 min don't come here
