I had a frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I placed two separate orders and specifically asked the drive-thru employee to put them in two separate bags. Instead, everything was put like what ever. In 1 bag two tacos and two crunch wraps in a different bag. completely ignoring my request. It's not a complicated task, yet somehow it was too much to handle. If you're getting paid over $20 an hour, at least do the job right. The lack of attention to detail and customer service here is disappointing. Definitely won't be coming back. The food was good, but the guy taking the order needs to go to the in n out university. Don't know the name of the order taker but it was 10:42 pm. Hope who ever manages this place, fixes it.

This place sucks its literally fast food waited 30 min everyone seems to be getting their food I go up ask food is being made how is it that half of the stuff is pre-made already and it still takes 30 min don't come here

Went in the drive thrue ordered 2 chalupas beef 2 mexicana pizza. Quesadilla and they didn't even let me finish my order befor the told me to pull to the window
To be busy handling customers on the drive thru, they never acknowledge me. While I was waiting for them to take my order waited for 5 minutes then I left.

My wife love the Crunchy tacos she obsessed with them this time we're in el monte so we stop to eat she went to the bathroom when she came out this employee very loud guy told my wife in very agly way that she couldn't used the bathroom. First it was very dirty and second I went to the bathrooms I ask the lady and she said it was ok so I don't understand this really rude guy this this happen was at 7:40PM really totally bad service I ask the big fat lady for a cup for water waited 15 minutes and she didn't even bother with me so I went toy car for water. Really where is the hospitality in this place I guess since is a corporation the don't think they need customers. I will never come back to this place horrible SERVICE...this is the reason why this place is with no customers
