I love there traditional horchata. The Tortas and the burritos mojados, the mulitas, and the nachos are my family's favorite.

Decided to check out this place due to its high reviews. We found the owner or front person was very passionate about all the different styles of taco, burritos and nachos. We came in only desiring a snack, but then ending up ordering three meals due to all the choices that sounded so delicious. We really enjoyed their food, and they give you a great amount for the price. The ingredients were really good, and they give you lots of meat. I particularly loved the lengua and tripa (as they cooked it the way I liked it). The reason I give it one less star is the ambience. Its definitely a mom and pops restaurant and the lighting is very dim. Otherwise, the food was good and the prices are great! The owner is so awesome and provides good service too!

Have you ever: first, not been feeling hungry, then took a bite of food, and the food was so good that it made you so hungry that you ended up crushing the whole thing? Yeah, this place will do that to you.I'm partial to the carne asada, which has consistently been tender and well-seasoned. The quesadillas are my favorite here, followed by the burrito (get it with cheese!). The people here are very friendly and the prices are quite reasonable. Food comes out quick! Plus they have a little parking lot out back. I'll definitely stop by anytime I'm in the area.

If you're looking for great food at a good price, this is your place. This place is far from fancy, but I have gone to many fancy places that suck!

1st time came here there food was soooo good! Very fresh and self-pick up the lemon and chilies. I ordered 8 Asada Tacos for my husband guess what, NOT enough to eat, but anyway very recommend this restaurant even if it's very small size looks from front door. Sooo tasty food Will come again! Next time I will buy 10~15 Tacos! LOL

Very good food. I tried the asada burrito and pastor and tripa tacos. Visited on a Sunday evening (about 10pm) and the food was delivered piping hot and delicious. Small lot but street parking available. I saw some reviewers complain about how long their order took. It seems like only a couple of folks working the kitchen. Be patient. Good food takes time and the service here is excellent.

Came here on a Saturday night looking for some tacos. All the street taco spots on valley disappeared from being shut down all the time but it helps the guys who have store fronts and do it right. Ordered a couple asada tacos and al pastor as well as an asada burrito and nachos. The place seem very inconspicuous, nothing fancy. They have a small dining area and a small window to order food from. They give you little baggies for the jalapeño and radish and limes. The guy at the front offered me a drink on the house and I thought that was really nice. Got home to try the food and the asada meat was real juicy and seasoned well. Most places cook their meat and let it sit to dry. This one was real juicy. The nachos were my favorite. I enjoy nacho cheese sauce and they added sour cream. I forgot to eat onion cilantro and that would have made them a 10/10. The al pastor was okay. It wasn't as juicy as the asada. I would definitely come back.

Stopped here on Sunday and let me tell you I am so glad I came across this place through Yelp. All the tacos of various meats were outstanding, the staff very friendly. I consider this place in the top tier of tacos. I'll definitely be back soon, I was planning on being here today but they are closed on Tuesdays.

Was searching for tacos on Yelp and this place popped up. They're located on a corner with the parking behind the building. Once inside the man taking our order asked if it was our first time and gave us some great recommendations. The place is nice and quiet and gives a homey vibe.We got 2 quesadillas which were packed with flavor. 1 Al pastor quesadilla and 1 carne asada quesadilla, 1 cabeza Mulita, and 2 tripa tacos. They really pack each dish with meat and flavor. The tripa tacos were so crispy and had the perfect crunch. They also give u a small plastic bag for the sides like radish, limes and more. Don't be afraid to ask for more bags!! We also got both salsas which were the perfect amount of flavor and spice. Overall I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some great authentic Mexican food. The service was incredible! The food was amazing! And can't wait to come back!Tip: ask for the tripa to be extra crispy!!!

I thought it was a gonna be a storefront but it’s a street side setup & still a great late night taco experience.I ordered two tacos, one Al pastor & carne asada. I added cilantro, onions and a little avocado sauce. Both were excellent in flavor and cooked just right. The horchata was awesome, great flavor overall. I recommend this spot for sure and will come back again!

This place is a little place right in Durfee in El Monte. I was getting my car repaired at Pepe's muffler and asked if there was somewhere to eat locally, walking distance? I was told Tacos del Chino was walking distance so my brother and I strolled on over and we were so glad we did! The food is delicious! I had the mulitas (so yummy) and my bro had a pastor burrito (this thing was huge)! And all so most de-lish! They also had home made Jamaica drink. You know if they sell homemade Jamaica at a Mexican restaurant the food has got to be good and this one was! All in all I will definitely be coming back for Tacos Del Chino food!

This place is a hidden gem. If you want a hole in the wall mom and pop place that makes good Mexican food then come here!! It seems to be a popular spot for people from the neighborhood. I went with an all meat carne asada burrito with onions, cilantro and avocado. Not only was it good, but the portion size was generous as well. The asada meat was flavorful and not dry or overly oily at all. I went a 2nd time recently and it was just as good. I recommend the red salsa to top off the burrito. The staff, Sal at the front counter was really accommodating and he had a really good attitude in providing great customer service. He's truly one of the nicest guys and he went out of his way to make sure that my burrito was tasty. Parking is in a small lot on the back. I always opt to park in the street for convenience. I'm going to stop by this spot whenever I can when I crave some good burritos.
