Their Ensenada Fish & Shrimp TACOS are delicious ?. Unfortunately, they have lost their flavor in their AL PASTOR tacos & for a Mexican-style restaurant their RICE isn't good at all and sadly it goes to waste.Service there isn't as friendly or welcoming. They make it uncomfortable for a customer to request anything additional like sauce, cilantro & cebolla. Their paid refills are only for Soda drinks all other drinks are at full price so you have to purchase a new drink.

Let me start by saying horrible customer service. My mom waited 30 minutes for her food, we all understand sometimes things happen. When she went up to the girl, the girl answered “we already gave that food and had the audacity to say, you need to pay attention.”No you should be doing your job and you pay attention. That’s what you get paid for, we pay for food we’re not there for free food. If you don’t like your job find something else, why be there ruining a paying customers day.

This place is new location in Rialto I went today .see if it was a good food since I was a regular to tacos el mezcal privious place I notice they remove the salad bar with all the condiments and salsas. Lost points there made my order 4 tacos gobernador came in just the box wit no salsa or lettuce sour cream just any decor to make it look appealing.ask for salsa since they did not put any and went ask if the made aguacate no more .So I know it does not make a difference if I don’t go there no more but still wanted to put my experience there.i give it 3 stars

Cashier was unfriendly & short to us and to the only other group of 3 people. Smiling, kind engagement or at least a better tone of voice is essential in food service, she displayed none of these.We were the only 5 people in the whole restaurant. Despite this fact, as we were trying to order, the other party was complaining about how there order was wrong and missing some items.Truthfully the appearance of this place was nothing impressive at all, and did not appear to be top shelf for cleanliness. Should of paid heed to this point!When we got our food, there was a weird aggressiveness from her about giving us more salsa. That should be your top selling point, why be so stingy with salsa?However I wish we never even came to this restaurant and we will never so again. After experiencing terrible stomach problems it is PAINFULLY obvious that they do not care about their customers health or well being. We hope their health guidance grade is a 'C' moving forward. Because they are not clean or kind to their customers. Skip this place and your stomach will thank you!
