Highly recommend the beef noodle soup! The meat was extremely tender and the broth was light and flavorful. The fried dumplings with beef and vermicelli were also equally delicious. Great that they provide complimentary egg drop soup. Excited to come back and try different dumpling flavors!

This has been by far the best dumpling house I’ve been to. Everything is so fresh and delicious.

By far, a hidden gem. I’ve been here twice with my wife and kid and have tried the dumplings, fried dumplings, noodles and fried rice. Different times of the day, and different day of the week. Both times service has been great, and the atmosphere is nice. Must go.

Impeccable food, attentive service and inside is clean and refreshing.

Was our first meal after an outpatient surgery. The egg drop soup was light and refreshing, the fried rice was full of flavor without being heavy and the dumplings are INCREDIBLE. Even the chili has the right amount of heat that didn't upset a delicate stomach.

It's far for us to go here but will definitely be making the effort because it's all so damn good and reasonably priced.

A friend suggested this place saying she'd been here before and liked it. I have to agree! We got the pork & chives dumplings and fried beef & vermicelli dumplings along with the shrimp fried rice and zha jiang noodles (plus complimentary egg & corn soup). Everything was delicious and tasted home made. Very sweet and attentive owner, ill gladly eat here again. ☺️

good service, good food, simple menu, decent prices, clean atmosphere, music not too loud, only annoying part is that their kids are going around the restaurant and can be noisy, but its alright, we will let it pass

This dumpling spot is reasonably priced and has a simple but clean dining area. The menu is quite limited. The dumplings appear to be a more Westernized take — the filling is a bit salty, the beef has a sticky texture, and the wrappers lack the chewy bite you’d typically expect. The flavors seem adjusted to suit broader, local tastes, which some may enjoy more than others.

They also serve a complimentary corn and egg drop soup, which was a thoughtful touch, though it leans on the sweeter side. Parking is easy and convenient. Overall, it’s a decent place for a quick meal, I only have dumping, but probably not one I’d go out of my way to return to.

This place is such a hidden gem! Overall excellent experience. Food was really good! We got one of each type of dumpling and all of them were excellent. The jajiangmians cured meat was really good and the fried rice was full of flavor. They even offered free egg drop soup with extra refills! The server / owner was super sweet too!

I came to El Monte for work, so I decided to just find a random place to get lunch. At first I didn’t have a high expectation but it amazed me in some way. I’ve ordered cumin beef dumplings and the zhajiang noodles, I lived in Beijing for couple of months so I know how Chinese zhajiang noodles is different than Korean’s. I wouldn’t say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had, but is tasty, I mean is understandable since is not their specialty. But the dumplings were great, the only reason why I ordered it because it looked Argentinian empanadas, as a result, I made a right choice dumplings were super tasty. The lady told me that the dumplings were on the house because they looked “ugly”. They looked fine for me, but might as well I will just take it. Ps: I live in Koreatown and that’s some type of service that you will never get in any restaurants in Koreatown. Definitely recommending this place.
