Service is horrible. Drive thru workers act like they hate life and rarely have manners. Drinks and pastries are delicious but the El Monte location has the worst customer service of all Tierra Mia’s. It seems like it’s the culture at this location & whoever is in charge isn’t doing a good job to train employees how to have simple manners & customer service skills.

The guys who serve the service lack kindness, they don't have a little patience, sometimes you don't know the menu, it was my first time there, and I didn't have knowledge of the products they sell, I have always gone to Starbucks and I went there because my girlfriend asked me for a drink from there, otherwise I wouldn't have gone, but I had a bad experience, the guys served me reluctantly and everything bothered them, they lack customer service attitude, because that's where they get their salary and They are there to serve the customer well.

Normally it’s good today and today was the WORST !! Received horrible service from a heavy set girl with long blond curly hair .. showing her big belly to everyone that walked in making us was suppose to be Mocha Mexicano tasted like brown water with zero authentic taste of what Tierra Mia is about .. Seemed like big belly girl and her black curly hair cashier were both in a horrible mood that made everyone feel uncomfortable.. Only smile we received was from the sweet boy who managed drive through .. We been customers as long as they been open and they lost customers today with their foul attitude .
Good coffee, good prices. Ordered the same drink 3 days in a row and it tasted different each time. Was good 2/3 of the times

Well, I went again today because I really enjoyed the horchata latte I got in a different city. The wait for the drive through was the same. I guess that's regular for this location. Anywho I'm so disappointed because my Coffee was straight oat milk. I couldn't taste anything but that. The staff member that took care of me was very nice though.
