I ordered a coffee smoothie and a strawberry crepe and I really liked the smoothie but I would recommend getting bananas with the strawberries as they were very good but tart. The people working here are very nice as well.

Stopped by today to pick up something sweet. I walked in and immediately felt uncomfortable. The cashier seemed bothered that I was there. He stood there as I looked at the menu but didn't offer any input or ask if I was looking for anything specific. I'm not sure if that was the owner or just a cashier. Light skinned hefty guy with glasses. After paying I said thank you and he did not reply. No thank you or good bye so I am never coming back nor will I recommended this location based on the unpleasant interaction with that individual.

Really distinctive frozen and other tears (churros, anyone? Both regular and filled), with great customer service - large shop with plenty of room to sit. COVID barrier still in place

The worker was nice. I ordered lavender milk tea. It tasted very artificial and the boba was really mushy. I wouldn't come back.

Very good ice cream! Yes they don’t have the yogurt you typically are used to but their water based ice creams is very good! You definitely need to try and be open minded to trying new types of ice cream . The customer services was good as well.

The website says they open at 9 AM it is 9:37 and it still isn’t open this also happened the last time I went ? the ice cream is good though they need to update the website

Had very few options. No yogurt, and few toppings.
Randomly went here and it is the closest thing to frozen custard (think Culver's or Kopps) that I have found in CA. Being from the Midwest this was a pleasant surprise! The ice cream is much creamier than a traditional ice cream. Will definitely be going back!

This was by far the best ice cream, chamoyada, made with mango ice cream was to die for!!! It was delicious. And they had keto snacks and bars!!! Delicious will definitely try to come back and taste everything else they got!! And we live in West Covina. Loved my whole experience!!

My foodhound cousin has somehow sniffed out this place despite its nondescript location. I mean you can totally miss it while driving through Valley Blvd! But there it was: a Mexican dessert place!From outside we could see that they serve Chamoyadas. I already knew what I wanted: Chamango! And my cousin wanted a Dragonfruit Chamoyada.The interior was very Tiki looking with Tiki masks adorning the ocean backdrop. I can see that during the pre-pandemic days it was a nice place to relax.We got our orders and as we left I happily enjoyed my tasty Chamango with the tart mango flavors intermixed with some salty chilly and tamarind straw to chew on! It was excellent!Points for wonderful ambience and great selection of desserts! Definitely need to come back to try out new flavors!

The ice cream here was good. I ordered mango ice cream. I've never had this type of ice cream. Whenever I get mango ice cream it's usually water based but the one here at Tiki Tiki is milk based like regular vanilla ice cream. I think the taste was good, kinda wished it had a little bit more of mango. I didn't get the chance to try the yogurt. They have a lot of options for both ice cream and yogurt! They also have a variety of toppings and multiple fruit drinks! The decorations are lovely, it makes for a great picture background and really gives you the feeling of being in Tiki Tiki. As for the costumer service, the employees were welcoming.
