Some people just like to complain. The quality and flavor is the same. Sometimes they sneak a different bread and make it different or have someone new or lazy who doesn't cut the tomatoes properly. On this occasion my milanesa torta was perfect. No wait, no line and great level of service.
This butcher shop doubles as a small Argentine restaurant. The empanadas are fresh and flaky, and their sandwiches are excellent. It’s family-run and has a very welcoming vibe. Prices are good, and portions are big. Perfect for a casual, hearty lunch.
You will never get a sub quite as lovely as these. I don’t know why they’re so good, maybe fresh bread and fresh ingredients IDK but Turkey extra chili is my fave!! Mom loves Milanesa and the fried sides are YUMM too! I learned how to make my voice heard at the old little market. The big construction men at lunch time would be shouting out their orders. I was 11 years old and had to shout my order too!! Been a patron since 1982!!
