Accused my son wrongfully of grabbing a soda when I paid for the drink I told her I think he just got water. She said I heard the soda get activated and gave some fake story. After I paid I checked the cup and indeed it was water only. I approached her to show her and she flipped on me and started shouting and saying all kinds of disrespectful comments about my son. Then she brought up another drink and I explained I just paid you for this drink. This woman was making false accusations. How embarrassing. My husband had to get off and come inside. I will never come back and I will never help them with another delivery again. I will tell all my family and friends to not support this waba location. They need to retrain their staff.

Second time here, the first time they forgot the avocado that I paid for, now I ask for the sauce on the side and got it over my food. I hate when food workers don’t listen to customers orders simply double check the order. Won’t be coming back!

If POSSIBLE I would give NO stars I'm not one to write review but seriously only came to this place because it's on the way home.. But from the moment I went to place the order through drive thru it was HORRIBLE guy named "CASTILLO A" was rude and always cut me off I asked him for some modification said they couldn't be done. I've been here a couple of time and have had it done but now I rather give my money to a different restaurants. Chicken was gross and soggy Shrimps was okay Rice was hard and slimy some parts over cooked and some parts undercooked. Him and the manager were very unprofessional.

Been coming here for a couple of years and food is always good!
Their chicken is always good. I go here when I'm out on lunch and I've been having their steak or shrimp tacos pretty much every time. The staff is always friendly. Felt I had to leave a review!

If i can get this place zero stars i would i bought 3 bowls at almost $30 dollars with barely and chicken and on too of that having barely and chicken they were all pink so now i only ate 2 pieces of chicken, those people need better training and understanding of raw chicken this place will be under fire soon selling raw UNCOOKED CHICKEN THEY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. Drive the extra mile or get yoshinoya avoid this location chicken even quealed on teeth of how raw it was bloody. STAY AWy from this location. I went to buy some chicken bowls and came out with rice missing the chicken. I was so disappointed I usually get a fair amount of food. We will definitely not be going back to this location.
