If i can get this place zero stars i would i bought 3 bowls at almost $30 dollars with barely and chicken and on too of that having barely and chicken they were all pink so now i only ate 2 pieces of chicken, those people need better training and understanding of raw chicken this place will be under fire soon selling raw UNCOOKED CHICKEN THEY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. Drive the extra mile or get yoshinoya avoid this location chicken even quealed on teeth of how raw it was bloody. STAY AWy from this location. Dont deal wit workers call your bank if this ever happens and you will get a refund. THOSE PEOPLE NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER

Horrible the stake is so chewy they put more lettuce than the actual food and bad service the times I've gone I always get bad attitudes from the employees definitely not going back nomore

Ordered the WABA platter and the top of the salad looked amazing but when i flipped the salad to coat with dressing it was all spoiled rotten lettuce..wth

$24 for two rice bowls.!? And they were not even full.. One beef bowl and one shrimp bowl.. No onions, no drinks.. Just $1 of rice and MAYBE $3 of protein.. Ridiculous. The bowl was smaller, too.. NOT worth it.
Rude staff, terrible service, never has all protein options. Has progressively gotten worst since it first opened. I suggest you go to Flame Broiler or Yoshinoya instead. Save both your time and money.

I just came to this WaBa 2 days ago and honestly the attitude towards some of the workers are amazing I felt very welcomed and the food was great :) definitely would recommend but honestly there's this one girl that took my order that night had a very bad attitude while taking my order I know everyone has bad days sometimes but it's best to to still greet customers with a smile I believe her name was Ana .

One of the best employees at this location has to be Yaya. I go almost every week around the same time and the she always greets me with the kindest attitude and the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. I definitely recommend this location:)
