THE worst tamales I have ever had. Got them from Ikedas, California Country Market. Nothing but a ton of the cornmeal outside and hardly anything (pork, chili — only one narrow strip) inside. Don’t waste your time. I’ve had better from grocery stores

Yesss my husband always stops by here to get tamales when he's coming back working from Sac. So good. I'm always ecstatic when he comes back with a bag full of tamales! Lol Hopefully they can find a better and more environmental way to pack them though instead of the individual plastic zip lock for each tamale

Love, stopping by this place to get tamales. So fresh and delicious. The guy who sells them it's pretty funny to a little bit out-of-the-way to fine but worth the drive. I'm a big fan of the cheese and chili and I find out the pork tamales are not too spicy.

He said this place has been around for 30 years so that definitely proves how good it is! The sauce is very good as well. Haven’t had a salsa like this in a while!! I paid $10 for two chicken, tamales and two pork tamales!

This is soooo delicious! I will definitely be back often! The service is wonderful and the prices are outstanding. I will say without a doubt that these are the best Tamales I've tried. The green sauce is fresh and went excellent with the Tamales.

After hearing so much about how good their tamales were and being too lazy to make my own recently I tried these. Was not impressed in the least. Probably the worst I've had from any restaurant or takeout I've tried. Dry and tasteless. No amount of homemade salsa could improve the dryness or lack of flavor.

Uncommon. Chepos is a jewel in Solano county. Hot fresh tamales daily, 7 days a week, starting at 7am.I recommend a couple of pork, a couple of cheese and two side cups of green Chile.There's nothing like visiting at 7am and getting tamales fresh from the Ouija.

The best tamales I have ever had! Every few months I need my tamales fix and I make the drive through beautiful farm country to Chepo's. The masa is amazing and the fillings are delicious. You gotta get the green salsa to go with it. I always eat a couple tamales in the car right after I buy them. The best! And if you order ahead you can get a pile of them for a party. Everyone loves these tamales!
