After living in Mexico for 17 years and now living back here in the valley, we have searched for tacos that have that authentic taste we were looking for. Casa Cuevas is the best we have found!! Their tacos are fresh...handmade tortillas....excellent salsas. I wish I could eat there every day.🤗
Man, I am so sad I have been driving past this taco truck for years and never stopped. Well, that all stopped today. I will now be a frequent flyer at this taco truck because of how delicious the food is how kind the people are who serve it and how clean they keep their trucks and area. There’s a really nice outside seating area that’s covered that you can sit there and talk to the locals and enjoy your food.

THE BEST CARNITAS TACOS I HAVE EVER HAD.we drive to Hughson from Sacramento just to eat at this taco trailer. My only complaint is that i cannot fit more of their tacos in my belly.
