Worst baklava ever at the Encino location! I bought over $80 worth of mixed baklava, and almost everything tasted stale and nasty. It was an embarrassment taking them as a gift to a friend. Customer service was also very bad. The women behind the counter treat you like you shouldn't be in their store to buy anything. Never again!
