One of our favorite baklawa places! Super fresh and tasty! It is pricy but worth the price! I have been here few times and will definitely return in the future for some outstanding baklawa

Such a nice calm atmosphere. The lady who helped me was super nice (I forgot her name oops). Will definitely be coming back. The pastries are yummy I would recommend if you have a sweet tooth!

Worst baklava ever at the Encino location! I bought over $80 worth of mixed baklava, and almost everything tasted stale and nasty. It was an embarrassment taking them as a gift to a friend.Customer service was also very bad. The women behind the counter treat you like you shouldn't be in their store to buy anything. Never again!

I am a huge fan of baklava although it's been hard to find some good traditional baklava in the valley and I have found it! We tried a couple things and ended up coming back in the same hour to get the traditional baklava and the chocolate baklava! We're definitely going to come back. They price it out by weight and they put it in a clear container. The first lady that helped us added pistachio green powder for decor which was nice and the other lady who helped us the 2nd time didn't add it in - curious to know if you have to ask for it next time. It's more for the aesthetic they said ;)

Very rude lady!! We asked if a particular baklava had walnuts and she got ANGRY with us on the phone. Saying "she doesn't know" and she's VERY BUSY to be on the phone? I'm sorry, we have workers that have WALNUT allergies that is why we explained it and it's always empty inside. Super rude situation for something pretty serious due to a medical allergy, which it does NOT note on their box as well.

This place has insane management. Or lack thereof. We ordered from Grubhub and it seems like their notifications are messed up-- which in itself, is an issue. Please figure that out before accepting Grubhub orders?Anyway, our order was late by an hour, so we called them and the guy (the owner?) picks up and the first thing out of his mouth is "we're not the post office. We dont deliver." Then continues on to tell us "look Grubhub is messed up, you want it? Come pick it up."We ordered delivery. That's no way to speak to a paying customer. I'm disabled, so thanks for telling me to just come pick up my order that I paid and expected delivery for.Never ordering from here again. That's no way to talk to someone.
