I ordered a pizza today from Encino store. It was the worst pizza that I have ever had in my life. So wet with no flavor. I felt that I am drinking water. Soooooo bad.

I felt like pizza yesterday...went to the Blaze website and was shocked to see peperoni at $8.99. In the end, I ate a salad at home. But today I ordered on my phone. Price came up as $10.99. Thought I must have remembered wrong. Ordered pepperoni with arugula and pesto droozle. Went to store and all over the place it's posted the pizza should be $8.99. Manager says that I didn't order on THEIR app....I must have ordered on google. Nothing he can do. I'm annoyed...and when I get home the pizza has no arugula and no pesto. Pizza there might be good...but the service is so bad.....forget any to-go!

Every time I have come here the staff is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. My pizza has been super delicious, the restaurant is clean and the service is great.I will be back

Not sure what the problem was tonight but it was the blind leading the blind. Staff for the most part were nice and polite but they were just off their game. Everything took forever, the young lady working tonight was clearly very confused tonight and was very clearly very overwhelmed. I will think twice before going back to this location.

Service is terrible. Said my name twice and spelled it out and somehow they got it wrong (it's 4 letters and there is one spelling for my name). Had to repeat myself a few times of what I wanted and the guy making my pizza just walked away. Turns out he needed to get more of an item but as far as I knew he just decided not to make my pizza anymore. And they charged me for 2 build your owns when I had a 1-top (granted I didn't realize the discrepancy until after I paid and walked away, but that shouldn't be on me to make sure people know how to do their jobs).

I've never had an issue with the service or employees! Great people! Please just make sure to fully voice your dough and/or check your ingredients constantly because food poisoning hit hard yesterday unfortunately.

Im Italian and the pizza with mozzarella taste like a real italian pizza! Sauce is perfect! Except the quality of the food staff is so kind and ready to help, we had a misunderstanding on my order but the manager gave me another pizza right away. Very recommended
