Always good. Food hot and fresh. Staff provides excellent service attention. Prices seem expensive until you understand the quantity given. We always take food home.
Food was saggy. Everything tasted old and saggy. I ordered the chicken marsala. It seemed like it was soup so much sauce. They didn't reduce the sauce. The meat sauce seemed like it was very cheap quality meat tasted like cafeteria food. Whatever you do, do not get the determine. It is disgusting old. They don't even use real whipped cream. They use butter cream disgusting
We always enjoy dining at Buca 🍝 Our server Joseph was amazing. The kitchen was quick to prepare our meal and the food was delicious
We ordered a salad and three large entrées for eight of us and it was plenty food was OK not great. Service was pretty good overall it was fun and a nice evening
I am beyond in love and impressed. This establishment doesnt get the attention it deserves. The staff, the food, the owner!!! they are all amazing, and really do make sure youre happy and have an amazing experience.
So first we went with a huge party about 40 people. It was a reservation and we ordered family style but when the food was brought out it was not served well and very sporadic. For the last 30 minutes of the meal I got up and help the waitress clear tables and move the food around for everyone to get the food the wanted. That place has 3 or four guys standing around doing idk supervising I suppose but they hung that waitress out to dry. Need I explain how when I worked at restaurants there would be multiple people to help bring food out and the kitchen is far any the food was good I would only eat there for free. But the photographer that you hired to scalp photos for 20 dollars each is absolutely stupid the photographer actually had photos of us , made them wanted them back unless we paid. Now please tell me what he planned to do with the photos that he already made of us take them and throw them in the trash. Seems wasteful and like that I kind of stuff is putting a bad imprint on the earth. Sorry 😟!!
Parking: If you just want to eat tell them that, valet parking is ten$ if you don't they have no problem charging you 35 for the longer stays .
Kid-friendliness: Yah probably
Wheelchair accessibility: Yah down stairs

Large party of 25 in 4-5 groups.
Restaurant is beautiful!
Food wasn't bad, we ordered a family-style lunch.
The food was delivered in a very dish-sparing manner - It was clustered too tightly. Many people had to walk to plate their food, but everyone had good things to say about the food and portion size. Overall the meal experience was enjoyable.
The atmosphere was terrible due to a photographer spontaneously showing up and asking the group to pose. The photographer left after photographing everyone and returned with cardboard framed photos of our group. 20 photos were handed out.
Everyone was laughing and excited for the memories until he asked 20$ each photo or we needed to return them.
It felt shady because it was. It killed our vibe, all photos were returned (none were purchased). The tactic was tricky, and uninvited during our visit.
It doesn't matter how good the food was, this behavior needs to stop. I won't be returning to any establishment that allows a third party company to trick and tease the patrons.

A great family style restaurant portions are huge. Go with two friends and you'll eat well and you'll eat a deliciously prepared meal really. I think the tiramisu is just a little large for anything less than five people. It's very good and it keeps well if you take it home. Salads are great and the service was nice and it's it's a old style atmosphere but I enjoyed it and I thought the food was very good

2nd time at this location and Joseph is always helpful, food is always amazing, hot and fresh. Love the family style portions and the mixed drinks never miss. I’d give this place 10/10 if I could.

Love coming here for the food and service. We had our usual order and as always it was delicious. But we also wanted to try a new dish . Our server Rolando gave us a great recommendation with the “Meatball Rollato” (10/10 will be one of our favorites!) we were well taken cared of while we enjoyed our food.

I have to say, this is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. I placed a catering order and the gentleman who assisted me just set the bar for all future customer service that I will be experiencing. Superb !!

We brought a big group here thinking this would be good for that but it was difficult and overpriced for the portions. The catering option only allows you to order 2 different pastas for the whole group. And since every item you order is for 3 (more in price than in actual portion), it is difficult for a group to order off the menu. And when they served us, they didn’t tell everyone that the pasta bowls were to share, so some kids started eating out of the bowls. Anyway, not a good choice for a large group.
The fact that you can get your own room is nice.
