We were served burgers when we ordered lamb! Unacceptable!

I recently visited the Burgerim headquarters. I really like the franchise opportunities that they offer. I met with the owner and he was very informative and supportive. I think everything they offer is very reasonable and would make this opportunity very rewarding. They offer to work hand in hand with you and are a one stop shop. They help you every step of the way. My experience at the headquarters was very impressive and I am looking forward to working with Burgerim.

Just ate at the Murfreesboro TN restaurant. It's new to our area so 8 of us went out this evening because we try new places weekly. Unfortunately this was NOT a good experience! Walking in there were only 2 other customers at 5:00 on a Friday night! The place was clean and we got orders placed quickly but from that point on, the service and food was horrible! Wrong orders, cold over cooked food, stale buns, had to keep asking for our drinks! Your menu is nice, if only they could present that food and drinks!! You have a dynamite location but will NOT stay in business with this food or lack of service, sad to say! Hope someone at headquarters gets this message out to them!!!

I am a very upset customer.. With las vegas location on st.rose.This is the second time I have tried to order on your app and website and it sends me to your CA location..we had to order in person,even the girl at the location says they are getting alot of complaints..We ordered for 4 people and spent $65.00 for take out . This is horrible customer service. The young lady didn't seem to care eith..

Location in Irving, TX is temporarily closed and y’all didn’t bother to put anything on the website for ordering online. Bad business move and extremely inconvenient.

Grate burgers..I love the lamb burger very much

These burgers are so delicious. I walked in and everyone was so helpful and welcoming. I then didn't know what to order because everything looked so good, and then learned that i could order 2 different kinds (the Duo) of burgers so I didn't have to settle for 1. There are so many options, from the toppings to the sauces and even the buns. I would highly recommend Burgerim for a simple lunch or even a party. Go check it out if you haven't already!!

New Burgerim stores are phenomenal and franchise opportunities are above expectations for fast casual food services. The professionalism is top notch from operations, corporate support, and marketing. Burgerim's burgers taste amazing. Absolute great prices for its quality. I'm impressed with everything Burgerim has to offer, from it's amazing menu to it's state-of-the-art business opportunity.

I had an issue 2 times not receiving my complete order at the Bakersfield location. I called in and talked about my issues and reccomended how they can fix it. I have a backgroumd as a business owner and know how hard it is to start up a new business or franchise so I have a lot of respect for the owners. Corporate had great customer service and took care of me. They took my recommendations and said they will work on bettering their locations. The food is quality and the customer service is great. I have a lot of respect for corprate and the franchise owner.
