I purchased three 3 for me smashburger combos, the burgers were pretty thick, I ordered the roasted corn on cob it was too much sauce on it , I couldn’t eat it, the pink lemonade was orange? Side salad there wasn’t hardly anything in it. Disappointing! It was my first visit there in years. I normally go to the one in West Hills who always gets my orders right and has great customer service. Encino needs to step there game up.

Frequent customer friends of mine called ahead to reserve a table for 3. I was very surprised when the manager comped our meals. The food would have been only a few dollars more than fast food , but it was far better as to exactly cooking to the asked for point of good grade Angus beef. Waiters were often checking our satisfaction and getting any items quickly. I was told by my friends that they had tipped deciently. I still slipped an additional decent tip to our waiter out of gratitude for good service.

Food is great and atmosphere is nice, but I have to give the service a low rating, while I’m enjoying and having a conversation and paying for food. Why do the servers feel the need to rush me? Even when I’m in need of a server I can never find them. I won’t be coming back to this location, I’ll go to TGIF or another restaurant better.

It was packed, we had to wait but it was good. They forgot the drinks for a long time, my son and I had left but my other 2 boys waited for their docpepers.

Came here for the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks & the cheese pull. Was a bit disappointed, think it could have been hotter (tasted better once we put it in our air fryer). But great experience and good skinny margs

Reason for visiting: lunch with cousin and nephews

Date/time of visit: ~1:30 PM

Parking: free, in the shared lot. The parking lot is set up kinda weird since it's shared with other businesses, a bunch of one way routes for parking make it harder to find parking. It's pretty busy too but usually spots open. if you don't wanna deal with the hassle there's some street parking on Ventura and the small street next to Chili's.

Party size: 4

Environment/ambience: not too busy; we sat in the bar area where there was more seating. Only bar top is open seating; the tables in the bar area require a host but they let us sit there anyway.

Service: was great; didn't make us move and she was very friendly and attentive.

Food: had the $10.99 special, 3 for me combo. Had the chips and salsa, Old Timer, fries, coke. Pretty good; I think it's a better value than all these other fast food places trying to rip off customers with their pricing and bs value meals that don't give you enough of anything (McDonalds, Carl's Jr, Jack in the Box, etc). It's pretty annoying going to fast food restaurants and seeing all these nonsense fees (i.e. bag fee for takeout, upcharge for different combo sizes, etc). For this price, I'd rather sit down and eat somewhere than order fast food, TBH. Or help a local business somewhere.

Did not have enough space to write what I wanted to say on the survey in the store. I just really wanted to compliment the staff here at this location. The service was amazing. There was a rush of people that the hosts handled quickly and efficiently with such grace. We were actually sat quicker than we expected. We also noticed from a distance the manager was doing everything from seating to busing to inputting orders. We had the pleasure of having her put in our order. Diamond, as corny as it sounds you are a true gem. I’ve ran restaurants most of my life and can honestly say that was by far one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had and we both have been in the industry for over 20 years. We ordered our appetizers, entrées and dessert and everything came out fantastic! The whole time I was literally dancing while I was eating cause we were having such a good experience! Your recommendations and service were great. You run a tight ship in your restaurant, and you can tell by how clean and inviting it was. We traveled an hour to get to this location and it was worth every single minute. We have been patrons for a long time but you just cemented in gold why we come here. You and your staff deserve the best recognition possible thank you so much Diamond!

I have been craving my college roots and decided to go back to Chili's recently for the viral triple dipper, and it did not disappoint. Not only is the staff super nice and courteous, but they've remodeled the inside to be a bit more modern, like a yard house type of vibe which I enjoyed because it felt more open. I really love the honey chipotle that they put on the chicken crisprs and regret not having that on the mozzarella sticks. The big mouth bites were not my favorite, but there's so much variety in the triple dipper that you can choose a few other options instead. I also think the salads at chili's are pretty great, too, especially to balance out all the grease from the triple dipper. I won't wait a decade before coming back.

Haven't been here in years....not sure if I even went before...

either way went last night...ordered the chicken strips meal..

long story short....came out a second later....was NOT hot at all.

the atmosphere is junk...not a nice looking place but very basic.
