I never ever leave reviews but the lady who took our order was so incredibly rude to my boyfriend. I’ve worked customer service and I understand there’s days that are rough but you can not take that out on customers who are being polite and nice to you. My boyfriend has Celiac and didn’t see anything that was gluten free on the menu so he asked the girl if there’s any gluten free options (the one in Brentwood would always guide him to some options) but she rudely exclaimed “did you even look at the menu?” And then proceeds to ask my boyfriend if he even knows where gluten comes from…I think my boyfriend who’s had celiac since he was 9 knows where gluten comes from and doesn't need it mansplained to him. She proceeded to be rude to my other friend as well and my boyfriend ended up not getting anything because he was too scared to ask anymore questions about the food. I hate leaving a negative review but you simply can’t take out your anger on customers that way. Other people who’ve helped me at the stores have been so nice and the food is great. This one girl must have had a rough night and doesn't know how to deal with her anger. If she reads this I’ve been there and at the end of the day you feel worse about yourself for being mean to people. Maybe do some self reflection on why you need to tear other people down to make yourself feel better.Dietary restrictions: The lady who helped us was super unhelpful with questions about gluten free options. I wouldn’t recommend going if you have celiac

I know some people really like this place, but I think it's more because there aren't better options... My friend thought what we ordered was yummy... I thought blah and lacking... Mediterranean toast... Avocado meagre and Tasteless... Cappuccino good... Not very clean... Outdoor

We have been coming here for decades, back to when it was another restaurant completely. The food is generally good to great although the prices have gone up quite a bit over the past few years especially. I am sure supply chain/economy plays into this but for the quality and portion sizes compared to similar restaurants it still seems to be on the high end.The staff has been friendly over the years, the atmosphere is nice (although it has become kind of a spot where single laptop users take over 4 person tables over the years).It's a good spot that is generally not too crowded at dinner, although if I recall breakfast can be a bit more busy.Parking: The parking lot, which is no fault of this restaurant, is horrendous. It is worse than legacy Trader Joes parking lots if that means anything to you. There are many dedicated spots for this restaurant but most seem to be used by patrons of other shops within this parking lot. The restaurant can have two people inside and all of their "dedicated spots" will be full.

Oh My Lox!! This delicious Lox style Avocado Toast was incredible!! First time customer visiting the area. My son had the steak and eggs with potatoes and said it was a 5/5. I was initially surprised by the higher price for breakfast but once we ate- worth every penny!! Will definitely be back!!
Second time coming for coffee and getting a really lousy service. I ordered coffee and a cake. I asked the sales associate to warm up the tart because I like warm cakes and she replied that they don't typically warm up desserts that have been in the refrigerator. I would understand the logic behind it if I've ordered a cream cake but this was a tart. One, that's a preference, secondly that's even more so a reason to warm it up since the tart has a butter crust and if you eat a butter crust that has been refrigerated it gets hard and that's no fun to eat, again a preference thing. I saw her putting it in the warmer but when she came with the coffee (which btw didn't have a spoon), she asked if my tart was given to me? I said no... She said oh it was given to someone else but She went and got another one from the refrigerator and gave it to me cold Was i supposed to ask her to warm it up for the second time ? I didn't. It's a shame because I do enjoy coming here from time to time... I would have come in more often if I've felt more welcomed.
