The food is never disappointing. This location was so dirty, the dining area was empty yet every other table was dirty. The floors had food and trash. The restrooms where so filthy no toilet seat covers or toilet paper on either stall, trash all over the floor

Loved this place! Harvest salad was great and Chicken Rosa Pasta was fantastic. The 2 for $15 was worth it, I had leftovers.

We going to corner bakery for their overnight oats and this place didn’t have any ready. Fail on their part. But we decided to order a pancakes dish and panini. Price was right around 30$ for 2 items. The panini was small and lacked any real substance and flavor. Weakest breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The pancakes were rubbery, paper thin bacon, and the whole meal was just disappointing. Don’t waste your money here.

Usually other places are way better, we went there 2 times first time service was bad, 2 nd time all the drink machines were down, they only had coffee or lemonade Which we left without eating there, they didn’t even notified us before ordering.

Fantastic breakfast bowl and a decent cup of coffee. Also got a lemon bar that has inspired me to come back for more. The lemonade tastes like fresh squeezed, homemade.
The staff was super helpful and was very kind when I was looking for a latte but it was too early in the morning.

The food was good just as long as you don't order the Caesar salad or any other salad for that matter that has lettuce. The lettuce was old dark green nasty and stale. I repeat, stay away from the lettuce.
Parking: Parking entrance is on Ventura Blvd, so don't try to enter on the side street where the restaurant entrance is. When you park, you have to walk all the way around to the side to enter the building.
