The cookies are delicious. The service is just okay. I don’t know that they didn’t accept cash. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me, but nobody would acknowledge me. I made eye contact with a few different employees, but not one of them even thought to ask me if I needed anything. If the cookies weren’t so amazing I would have just left.

WORSE EXPERIENCE AT THIS ENCINO CRUMBL THEN ALL OTHER LOCATIONS. I placed a pick up order and when I got there they said the order was completed but I never got my order !!! They told me I had to email their boss and then their boss will get back to me next week about my order and refund !😂 what a joke of management here! Whoever is in charge of this store definitely doesn’t have customer service experience or management experience!! This store alone makes me never want to order from Crumbl again!! And I still haven’t been emailed back from anybody! Straight robbed me of $21😂

Extremely satisfied on my first visit to this location. However a couple of employees had nasty attitudes , fortunately there was a female employee by the name of Jasmine. I was extremely satisfied with her customer service skills definitely needs promotion and to train these other unprofessional rude workers . None the less Jasmine the worker made experience 10/10 . I ordered cookie dough, galaxy brownies, and marshmallow fluff brownies.
