Its a scam when trying to cancel an order. I was told to call this store for a cancellation and they told me to do it thru the app. There is no option on the app to be able to cancel an order. I also tried their customer service website and the chat would automatically close on its own. Really disappointing.

A Great Place for a Serious Sweet Tooth
A very nice experience at Crumbl. The service is friendly and quick, and the large, impressive cookies definitely deliver. This isn't a critique, but more of a recommendation for anyone considering a visit: if you love super-sweet desserts, this is the place for you. Personally, the sweetness was too intense for me, but I can completely understand why others would fall in love with it.
