They say online that they close at 7pm on Sundays but the workers were rude to me. and they close like 10 minutes before the actual closing time they say online. Ridiculous.

Most of the time I'm in and out. Rarely do I sit there but sometimes. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. The place is clean. There have been 2 or 3 times where something is weird and they don't let you sit when they're open for another 90 minutes but I get my stuff and leave. Then I use the permanent outdoor seating. I go frequently for the refreshers ( & for the occasional donut that is never GF :0 )

Never have to wait for my order even if I order via the app 5-min before I show up. The friendly staff have come to know me so it's a nice touch to be greeted when I come in. There's a small seating area both inside and outside if you need to get a little work done or have some time to sit. Parking is pretty easy but can get busy when the nearby restaurant is open. Lately I've noticed a security guard out front to wrangle the homeless that show up at times, which is nice for safety. There is a restroom if you need it and they give a code for it. Overall, it's clean, close to my work & easy to grab for your food.

The only place i can procure an unsweetened coffee that is actually drinkable & doesn't make me want to die inside. Of course it's not black - it's loaded with cream & their amazing flavor shots (usually vanilla, blueberry or both), but my point still stands.This location is always super quick, rarely busy & they have never messed up my order. Donut selection is sometimes spotty.If you see yourself coming here more than once, consider getting the app. You'll occasionally get free/reduced drinks, free donuts, extra points, etc. The program isn't quite as robust as Starbucks', but it's still better than a lot of other places. If you come often enough, you WILL get some free drinks!
