Never have to wait for my order even if I order via the app 5-min before I show up. The friendly staff have come to know me so it's a nice touch to be greeted when I come in. There's a small seating area both inside and outside if you need to get a little work done or have some time to sit. Parking is pretty easy but can get busy when the nearby restaurant is open. Lately I've noticed a security guard out front to wrangle the homeless that show up at times, which is nice for safety. There is a restroom if you need it and they give a code for it. Overall, it's clean, close to my work & easy to grab for your food.

The only place i can procure an unsweetened coffee that is actually drinkable & doesn't make me want to die inside. Of course it's not black - it's loaded with cream & their amazing flavor shots (usually vanilla, blueberry or both), but my point still stands.This location is always super quick, rarely busy & they have never messed up my order. Donut selection is sometimes spotty.If you see yourself coming here more than once, consider getting the app. You'll occasionally get free/reduced drinks, free donuts, extra points, etc. The program isn't quite as robust as Starbucks', but it's still better than a lot of other places. If you come often enough, you WILL get some free drinks!

The location opens at 5a, but at 5:10a, the door was still locked while employees were in the back.... I stood outside the door in the cold rain for 10 minutes as two different employees came to the front to put donuts in the case and looked right at me but then walked back to the back without coming to unlock the door so I could order. I've now been sitting out in my car for another five minutes, and even called the store to try to get their attention... But the call just went to voicemail. Finally left when nobody had come to the front and the door is still locked 15 minutes after opening.

Ordered Postmates from here and they delivered food was so bad it’s just not what you expect or maybe that is what to expect because the prices were pretty cheap but therefore it looks like you suffer because you’re cheap food and the taste is

I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and I think the bagel was at least 2 or 3 days old. It was really bad. If I wasn't too far already, I would have definitely argue with the Manger to allow to serve such an old bagel.

Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and made me a delicious iced pumpkin chai latte that wasn't on the menu but was very delicious!
Fast service, fresh donuts and a cold drink. Walked into a clean location with friendly service. Was made a delicious lemonade and had a classic jelly filled donut. Hit the spot and back on the road.

The staff at the newly opened Dunkin' in Tarzana were truly outstanding. I had a morning coffee run there a while back and, in a bit of a panic, realized I had lost my car keys while leaving. As I was walking back to my car after getting my order, I noticed they were gone. One of the cashiers noticed my distress and took the time to ask what happened.I explained the situation, and he was incredibly helpful. Not only did he help me search for my keys, but he also took my number in case someone found them. To top it off, he even offered me a ride home. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression.
