Jersey Mike’s is always a pleasure to visit! There are no long lines, parking is convenient, and most importantly, the staff is the best—always smiling, friendly, and kind. Great subs and even better service!

Ordered online, went to pick up and had to wait an additional 12 minutes past my scheduled time. People had come in after me, ordered a sandwich and left in that time.

If the owner or upper management reads this for all the workers that worked today around 2:15pm please give them raises or a huge shout out for me pretty please! I had just left my doctor office five minutes prior that gave me some disturbing news on a life long auto immune condition and I’m sure it was me but the sandwich end up having oil and vinegar on it when I intended to say put it on the side I felt myself just bursting into tears and just saying I’m sorry that’s not what I was saying etc. the compassion that literary ALL of the employees in their showed omg I highly rate this location if for nothing else the world class customer service and as one of them said to me “of course Jersey sandwich should help your day get a little better” !!! Please send my kuddos and a deep thank you and it’s just a reminder you never know what someone is going through a little bit of kindness goes such a long way!!!

The workers behind the counter always make a consistent sandwich very good. My husband and I get the super sub in the largest side and it's more than enough food.

From the moment I walked into Jersey Mike’s in Encino, Josiah made an impression. He greeted us right away with a warm welcome, simple, but meaningful. He was courteous, professional, and had the kind of attitude that’s just contagious. You could tell immediately: this man enjoys and I’d even say loves what he does.

Josiah was fast, efficient, and personable. He handled everything with a big smile, and it made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. When we finished ordering, he thanked us and told us to enjoy our meal, and I actually went back afterward just to say thank you again.

Josiah is the epitome of what customer service should be. Friendly, focused, and clearly proud to represent Jersey Mike’s. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s wearing a manager badge real soon.

Got food poisoning here, the manager sneezed into the griddle and served that to customers.

Don't park underground 6 bucks to get out wack

10/10 recommend this location! while i have had my issues with the tarzana location, i know i can always rely on this encino location. the staff are always super kind, sweet, and helpful. even on nights when i’ve come in close to closing time to pick up work lunch for the next day, they have not minded one bit and have always jumped to help me out. definitely recommend this location to satisfy your jersey mike’s cravings!

Honestly I can’t rate them on their food, as I was never able to order. Walked in, waited for around 5-10 min, was never acknowledged, and they just seemed more interested in online orders. I may have felt a little more patient had they at least said one thing to me. I ended up just walking out. Shame cause I love their subs. Fortunately, Mendocino Farms just opened next door, they’re happy to take your money in exchange for food.

Today when I opened the Jersey mikes bag I realized the employees placed my tub in this container from the neighboring business. The portion size was obviously smaller. The store employees should have advised me that they ran out of containers and placed my food in a smaller container.

ORDER AHEAD!!! There was a long line today at around 1:15pm and staff clearly noticed it. Didn't say hello to anyone or apologize for the wait. As if that wasn't bad enough, I got charged $3 for parking underground despite only being there 10-minutes!? So not only did I not get food but I ended losing money! Go to the one on Burbank/Van Nuys -friendly and more staff plus FREE parking.

Parking: If you're there even less than 15 minutes, you have to pay for parking!
