As if that wasn't bad enough, I got charged $3 for parking underground despite only being there 10-minutes!? So not only did I not get food but I ended losing money! Go to the one on Burbank/Van Nuys -friendly and more staff plus FREE parking.Parking: If you're there even less than 15 minutes, you have to pay for parking!

Accidentally ordered to this location. Called 15 minutes later after realizing and the manager refused to give me a refund because the sandwich was already made. If a customer makes a genuine mistake and calls you to let you know, you shouldn't penalize them

I am a die hard Jersey mikes fan. It is the place to go if you want a truly fresh sandwich. The people who work at this location are super friendly. If it weren't for the hour change they made recently this place wouldn't be a 5 star. I go to order is the #9 Miles way add banana peppers and pickles. Getting chipotle mayo and buffalo sauce is mandatory as well as extra vinaigrette. This sandwich never disappoints me.

We love Jersey Mike's - always quality ingredients and great service!! Our favorite is the number 7 as a sandwich, or as a salad bowl. The rolls are the best!!
I went here today to grab lunch and dinner - I found parking right in front which is not always easy . I ordered a # 2 and a # 10 to eat later and each sub was made exactly the way I wanted it - bravo ! I like the new cute little tote bags as well - I'll be back for sure.

Legit the best spot. I frequent on my lunch breaks. The team always has me in and out so quick and are so friendly. Their 43 with shroomies has resuscitation powers, I swear their sandos will be there for you in a time of need. 10/10 love you guys

This location has a new owner who raised prices 2 dollars on the sandwiches. it's now 22 dollars for a giant sandwich. That's ridiculous. They also now charge you 10 cents for a bag when you get food to go. They have a sign that says it's the law, but it's not. In and out and mcdonald's don't charge for that. Scam. Furthermore, it's a law that you can't leave straws or condiments out (they must be asked for) but those are out and free. Just trying to squeeze every possible penny from customers. Won't be going back to this Jersey Mikes location.
